Can you tell me when shipment bounces back?  I'll order another card and you can send both

Hi, it arrived today in Vienna (can't pick it up).

Seller is legit

But one problem is, that card were sent with "signature required",
so i cannot pick the card up, as i don't have ID in such name.

Please state in  the  shipping method.
