Well, Mr. I-will-resell-it-and-will-definitely-not-scam-you, why don't you prove that the database is in your possesion OR that the sell offer from nanashi___ was infact a legit one, because until now I haven't heard anyone who can confirm that.

Well,obviously if someone banned your account,it may be only from the btc-e staff.You should talk with them to fix your problem.
I believe no one else than them have that access to ban accounts.
Not sure why they are requesting that kind of amount as deposit,but they can require somekind of deposit from the wallet you used to fund ur btc-e account to verify you are the original owner
Did you verify as original owner ? I mean they sometimes ask for purse screenshot and deposit from same wallet which you used to funds ur btc-e account to verify you as owner of the account.
