This time my wallet stuck at block 12800 and i still not recieve my coin in secoundary wallet..

Give it time.
FindCoin-QT seems to take some time, and sometimes says NOT RESPONDING, but if you let it be it get's back to normal.
If you still have problems after letting it be, BACKUP YOUR WALLET.DAT, delete everything else apart from peers.dat and restart (and let it sync of course).

EDIT: Remeber to restore your wallet.dat after successful sync to the network

Give it time.

No need to be sorry.. I have had 2 wallets where it would'nt let you but Cam wallet does.
Settings-->Options-->Main--> Go to Reserve
But in the whole amount that you have.. It will stop it from staking.

tried to put in a small sell 20 chash at .01 transaction failed many times... could be what is happeningYes seems no one can sell at the moment
We should all play the "no one put sell orders in under 0.01" game. Everyone puts just 10 CHASH and we race to get in first.
