I think it is still a bit early for MVP, but it could be really nice to see how it will look like.

The minimum viable product (MVP) is a product with enough features to satisfy the initial customers, and provide feedback for future development

For how long you plan to run your bounty campaign?
Don't rely on the bounty having a specific date set. I have seen projects extend them for more than expected so it can be up to a couple of factors.
Sometimes bounty don't pay off when it gets extended, you end up making 8 dollars for 2 months of bounty
That really isn't favorable for bounty hunters. But how can you be sure?
Ahh you can never be sure, you have to research and hope you were right.I like Agate though, bounty looks good.
If the project is good, most often it reflects to bounty also.

Yes, KYC will be required.Who is doing KYC,you hired someone to do it for you,or you are doing it internally?
KYC Policy consists of know your customer procedures where we require a proof of ID (i.e passport) and proof of residence (I.e utility bill) mainly to prove who you say you are. In addition, a screening is done to validate authenticity of the documents while running them through our database to screen for any unwanted associations such as money laundering activities which could be linked to drugs or terrorism financing.
This usually occurs when US dollars or euros deposits and withdrawals are involved.
As of now, we are finalizing cryptosouks kyc policies as regulation and access to information continue to evolve and as such logic needs to be applied to balance rules and reality.
Its definitivley a bad publicity if the general public finds out that your crypto is used to fund crimilan organization. So you have to have the kyc.

Does Timechain have any ambition to overtake some of the most known exchanges like Coinbase or Binance for example?
I didn't quite understand that Timechain would be like an exchange, it would be nice though for projects to not have to pay so much to get listed.

After reading a bit through your website I must say that I'm pretty excited about the project and I especially like the volatility issue being addressed when it comes to merchants and paying for goods.Gonna read through your WP further and come back to explore more.Agate will be a significant project.
I would say solving volatility issue is a biggest ambition of this project and if they succeeded it will be extraordinary.
You need to take a lot at iFiat Ecosystem

How come you chose etnereum blockchain, is eth fast enough?
Etherium is the most used platform.
Well, yes, everybody uses it, but I heard it's also really reliable and secure.
It is also easier to start a project on well proven blockchain then to create your own from scratch.
Its definitely a lot easier, however if someone develops its own blockchain it would might be an advantage.

I don't know if they listed any in their whitepaper, but if there are similar projects they are just that, similar and every one brings something different to the table.
Well it's normal today that we have several simiral procject all the time, it's good for competition.
Yeah after a while things will crystallize and a few of projects will come out victorious.

Usually those tokens are burned so it prevents manipulation, but it that would be the team's decision.

I think that investors from United States and China cant join the sale.
It is not the project that makes this restrictions, but the county's laws and regulations.So US citizens can thank 'Merica for that.
I think everybody understands that. Cant think of a reason some project would make this restrictions on their own.

Can you tell us more about token distribution plan?I mean how much for sale,team,marketing advisors etc,and when you plan to distribute the tokens?
I do not know if this is accurately - 5% partnerships, 7.5% legal, 12.5% operations, 15% technology, 15% promotion/marketing, 15% reserves, 30% liquidity
What would be liquidity exactly?
