Since the beginning of the pandemic, pet surrendering rates have increased dramatically around the world. Waitlists for surrendering household pets have increased to a remarkable eight months as animal shelters and welfare organisations have seen an increase of 34% for animals needing help.

Typically, animal shelters are under resourced and under financed; relying heavily on donations and the volunteer efforts to assist animals.

This is where Woof Coin steps in. As avid lovers of dogs, we wanted to make a difference. Using the power of Proof of Work mining, we’ve created a coin where miners are contributing to the donation of money to animal welfare shelters. These shelters initially include the ASPCA who already have a cryptocurrency donation mechanism but with intention to expand to the RSPCA and other organizations suggested by the community. 

Our aim is to put animals first and we intend on developing ongoing relationships with pet shelters to help adoption.

Still plenty of things to be happy about, there's been a lot of good news coming out lately despite the prices so hopefully the market reacts soon.

Any rewards I've gotten from airdrops have been crap, not even worth the effort to sell them lol, may aswell hold and hope one moons.

You can do that to learn what you're doing but you won't make much money, even 500% gains is only $500.

It's dropped a lot more since then lol. Hopefully we've seen the bottom now, Bitcoin seems to hold above $6k and alts have lost a lot over the last few months.

Hopefully that happens but I'm not too confident it will go up that much again, Bitcoin back above $10k would be a good end to the year though.

Maybe but we'll have to wait and see, alts are already down 90% or more so not sure they'll be able to handle going much lower.

No way of knowing really, I'm hoping that it gets better before the end of the year. $8-10k bitcoin would be good.

Just have to choose carefully. Ofcourse if the market doesn't improve then bounties will be dead, nothing you can do about that.

Well it's clearly not popular at the moment as the price has dumped big time. It's popular mainly because it has a working product, processes a lot more transactions than most coins.

Bitcoin is a much better hold in my opinion, I sold most of my bitcoin cash as soon as I got it. Should of named it something else, the founders seem sketchy trying to tell people it's the real Bitcoin.

I expect so, unless they're made illegal. They'll certainly be guys trying to hold an ICO anyway as it's such an easy way for them to (try to) raise funds.

Nothing you can do about it really, you could try some bounties to earn some back but that's basically just working.

You can make a $1000 with bounties, may take a while though, you may aswell just get a job. Or just try to invest a smaller amount to start with while you slowly buy more.

Yep, there's obviously no guarantees though. Better to split your investment into atleast a few different coins aswell.

Well it's not been a good year so far, I think we'll be back above $10k by the end of the year, hopefully higher.

No, my money in the bank is insured by one of the biggest governments in the world. My money in crypto can lose 20%+ in a day.

No, it's been shown by many people that the big sites just sell ICO ratings, there's some smaller websites that seem better though.
