Re: unconfirmed transaction

Yes this is the transaction, I'm ignorant to all this as I
Haven't sent or received Bitcoin in a few years. I was asked by 247exchange to pay them for a transaction that I wanted tmhave converted to euro, when I did this here I am, also could someone please tell me how I should have paid fees as I thought they were automatically taken out when I sent the btc

Thanks
Which wallet are you using? Most modern wallet do automatically add a fee to all the transaction and don't allow sending one without a fee. When you send the transaction there should be a field in your wallet which says Transaction Fee, make sure to add at-least 0.0001 BTC/KB to your transaction or else it will take forever to confirm and in some cases, not confirm at all.

This transaction of yours: https://blockchain.info/tx/d47769ff46c9c429a3d5dba4fe2a24665f6d55e3f0903a320f533cd6bff47c44 isn't yet dropped, so wait a little longer and it might just go through, although don't hold your breath. It says "High Priority" probably due to the age of the coins.

I think that explains a lot , it was only after i had sent the btc that i was using a bt-q wallet that was dated up to 2013, have updated it now to core version, fingers crossed the transaction goes through.

Did we ever find out who came over to Slush's pool and hit us with 3 Petahashes/sec? I was kind of hoping they would stay so we would get more blocks per day but less money per block. I hate blocks that take 12+ hours. Especially the one a few weeks back that took over a day. At least that one wasn't invalid...

think bitmain may have been testing out these babys  ,,,,which are nearly good to go    https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=784897.0

Glad your confident over a 3 day higher hash rate average and an extra 1 and a half block per day...lets see how this pans out (meantime, no explanation as to hash rise) other than

"Dear miners, we had a busy night tonight. We were experiencing connectivity issues between our US and Europe datacenters which caused a delay in accounting for your submitted shares. No shares have been lost due to our robust stratum implementation. Once the connectivity has resumed all shares have been accounted for in our Europe data centers. Your Slush pool team."   Huh

The way I was going to do it was to run the 8 pcie to straight 6pin pcie with adapter from eBay and for the other terminal a dual sata to 6pcie also from eBay, this way your not putting too much current by spitting the 6pcie as you suggested and the sata and 8pins are on different locations in the psu thus less chance off overload
