Thing is, this "relative" excuse has been used so many times by numerous cheaters who were breaking bounty campaign rules that no one will believe you now , even if what you are saying it's true and your brother is behind that other account. I remember that some even shared picture of their alleged family, all "working" together. It didn't help of course.

It might seen not fair to you, but in 99.99%+ of the chances it is a case a bounty rule abuse.

Forums have rules.

If no one does this thing, then cheating will just be rampant especially in the bounty board. It's a valid one if the user found to be abusing the campaign, YOSHIE don't know you're brother from the start heck he should bother to do that. The very first thing when suspected alts are busted they tend to disclose they are brother, sister, mother-in-father-in-law (what?), their cat, which a common culture to busted alt abusers.
