I would be careful buying at these prices. Unlike GME which had insane short ratio(140%) that caused huge short squeeze, there is nothing like that on DOGE. So what is happening is just PnD. So dont buy at these inflated prices only to see it drop hard. Most buyers are day trading it.

BTC/ETH/AAVE/Maker are the Top 4 I would bet on.

All these coins have too much supply. I would avoid them. Stay in BTC/ETH for big part and look at Defi coins like AAVE and Maker. you can speculate with 1% if your portfolio if you want to look at a moonshot. But the 3 coins you mentioned are definitely not moonshots.

ETH will make a move once it breaches previous ATH. I think its happening this week. Bitcoin is going above 100K for sure. 2 big DEFI projects are AAVE and Maker. Aave is number 17 now and will hit Top 10 in next few months.  I think 5x from this point will happen. Maker can hit 10K per coin looking at its adoption(Its number 1 in defipulse). All these coins should part of portfolio. Beyond that Polkadot has been very strong. That would be my Top 5.

if bitcoin corrects 30-40% alts will crash at least 60%. Alts are way more volatile than bitcoin and trading volume is also low. Dont forget back in 2018 when bitcoin corrected like 80%+ ,most alts lost 99%+. Even see what happened in march and all alts just plunged from January and way more than bitcoin. Plus Bitcoin has growing institutional buyer base which will keep the price even more stable than what we have seen earlier. I would say stick to bitcoin for bulk of your purchase and use smaller amount for alt moonshots.

Ripple is centralized coin where promoters control huge tranche of the token. I expect SEC to fine them big time and US based exchanges will stay away from them. I could see Europe go after them next. Expect price to go < 10c soon. Avoid speculating on it.

Avoid looking for moonshots. Most likely you will get burned. Most coins that go up quick drop even faster. Stick to reliable coins which have been around and has hit new ATH in 2020. Bitcoin should be most of the portfolio long term, Ethereum is the next bet. Beyond that you could risk a small amount on projects you like. Polkadot, Chainlink and I like Aave which has great adoption. Look at Defipulse.com. Maker and Aave are top 2 adopted coins. I have not invested in Maker but that could go up huge as its market cap is 1/5th the amount on the platform.

Avoid Crypto moonshots. Generally they will lead to annihilation. BTC and ETH are the best bet with 80% allocation to BTC. Also buy in small amounts so that you dont buy and then price drops 20%. if you really want 1000x through some moonshot dont invest more than 1% of your crypto portfolio.

IF there is post election turmoil in broader markets I am expecting both Bitcoin and Ethereum to drop from current levels. For now I am expecting it to stay in 300-500 range.

Aave did cross 7k sats. Its hit 7865 sats yesterday evening. But Bitcoin is still consolidating and so it max hit 89c. But the momentum is still very strong and will probably hit $1 before the day is over or at worse in couple of days. Its market cap is also above 1B (1.116B now) and I still think it has another 3-4x upside. It had huge catalyst this week in getting money transmitter license in UK and has the most assets among all the DEFI platform(1.5B now and growing). If it can get license in US then it will break out even more.

Risk is they are going to reverse split LEND to Aave token (100:1) and add 3 million more tokens for governance. According to the stakeholders the money will be used to benefit of the account holders but risk is there(23% dilution).

All other cryptos are consolidating or even losing value since my last post. Let us see if we see wider boost soon.

I do have some Tron but its still down 90%+ from its ATH. My concern is it has too much supply(100B total supply). Dont think it has anything unique that you dont find in many other coins. But to its credit its still in Top 20. I was hoping for it to hit 300 sats before I exit but not sure if I am going to wait that long.

I hope the OP took profits off this coin. Since he created the thread it dropped 58% from its ATH. I would be concerned about a coin with 300 Billion Coins supply !!! Plus the exchanges that are using it seem to be leveraged for pump and dump. So invest at your own risk.

Most probably would delist to nothing than hit $1. Its still down 97.4% from its peak despite so many alts making big gains in 2020. I would not try to get into this hoping for it to increase 140x. Do you realize it has supplyof 16.5B. There is zero % chance of a privacy coin like verge to hit 16B market cap. It wont be mainstream. Only privacy coins which are doing ok are Monero and Dash and they are down big from their peak in early 2018 phase. I think for cryptocurrency to hit mainstream it needs buy in from regulators and that wont happen for privacy based coins.

I did invest in verge back in late 2017 and saw it rise up to 2000 sats and then crash. Thankfully I exited my position at profit around 1000 sats. I lost money looking for privacy coins that could go up huge with Obsidian(that is delisted as developers lost interest). So be careful what you wish for.

How on earth can it enter correction zone if its ATH was 2 hours ago and its within 1.5c of ATH !!!! Do you even know what does correction zone mean.

Digibyte. I think it has 3x+ potential. Its listed in almost all exchanges and coinbase will probably add it as well before end of the quarter.

Aave(LEND) will hit 1$/7K sats+ before end of this quarter.

Bitcoin will go up to 14K

Ethereum will be a slow mover but I could see it hit 600.

Why do you think so. SO many coins near all time and momentum is positive for many coins. I definitely think Bitcoin will breakout beyond 12K and go towards 14K in next 2-3 months. it is mimicking gold at this point and there is flight towards safety to gold and so I am bullish bitcoin.

Just to minimize risk, buy in smaller position. So if you want to invest 5K do it in 1K blocks.

Ethereum is also having positive momentum. Next leg up will happen soon. I could see it hit 500 before end of August.

Of the alts I have position Aave is on a tear, DGB/XLM/VET/ICX all have positive momentum. Only Aave is a big position as it has increased huge. Rest are tiny positions.

Link has been on a tear as well. Off late I have seem OMG/YFI on a tear as well.

Extremely risky considering only 8million of overall 200m are open. This will be diluted big time that will cause the value to crash. Buyer beware unless you are just day trading looking for a greater fool.

I did buy some in late 2017 ico boom phase. It went up to 2860 sats(45c at that time) and then crashed to almost nothing. Left holding the bag. I was surprised in april when it went up from 0.03 to 6cents and since then it has been on constant upward rise. Now its at ath 5280 sats( 63c).

I have not sold my coins yet though I am vigilant. I like the updates from the team this year and ecosystem has taken off when 1 Billion of assets in the Aave ecosystem. As long as that sustains the coin has a future. Plus coinbase is evaluating it along with many other tokens. If we see US exchanges(Coinbase pro and Binance US) lists the coin, the volume of trading will go up big.

That said I would not recommend fomoing in at this price. Yesterday briefly it did slide back around 4300 sats. I think one has to wait for it to go below 4000 sats to consider getting back in. One big concern I have is around the plan of reverse splitting 100:1 of Lend token to Aave token. I hope that does not happen. That is a huge red flag. I am keeping an eye on their discord and its still not finalized.

YAM is dead. it has lost 99.99% of its value. coingecko does not even list its market cap as supply number is undefined at the moment. coinmarket has listed its marketcap at just under 26million. That wont put it in Top 200 at the moment.

Only worthwhile DEFI projects are Chainlink, Aave, Synthetic Network Token, Maker and Compound. Stay away from others. 

Look at the supply details. That alone is a HUGE redflag. It was pumped up by the promoters as soon as its listed hoping some suckers will buy it. Use standard approach like a discord channel and then sell some coins.

Ciruculating supply is under 10m of overall premined coin supply of 1.3B !!!. Total supply is 3 Billion. This is definitely playing with fire. stay away from coins like this.
