problem is nobody touched source code on github since release... I am really not that sure there is devoted team behind this coin.
Probably we are just watching another "make devs rich" kind of coin. Sorry.
Firstly, we've released 3 versions since we our original release. One of them was a massive UI enhancement that was ontop of our already heavily developed wallet. Therefore your first statement is completely wrong. We've published lots of updates since the release. Please do your research properly before you making such statements.
Lastly, we are currently working on the Android mobile wallet which is not open source at this time. All of this information and much more is available throughout this thread, the website and on discord.

I have followed ORE since the first day of release.
I evaluated it as a good coin, and its Dev is also very reputable and enthusiastic.

There is no team and only ONE developer behind the scene. The whole thing looks like one man show. Could walk away with your money anytime.
Thanks for your inaccurate assessment. There are 3 main devs and two of us are very active on discord. We have another dev who has had health issues and is not active at this time. Why don't you come on discord and talk to us sometime? You might learn something.

Join discord if you want updates. We post announcements there regularly. Bitcointalk is not a good place to post, replies just get lost.
We're developing the mobile wallets which are not open source at this time. We are also waiting for Cryptopia to list us, which should be very soon now.

The pools restarted earlier, there is a persistent flaw with the pool software that causes them to need to be reboted. The problem is not with the Galactrum, it is with yiimp. When this problem occurs, the pools restart and the transactions in the pool are dropped.
Stocks.Exchange had some transactions received that were dropped. There is nothing the developers can do to fix this. The transactions simply need to be rebroadcast.

deposit on stock.exchange after that network stuck dontwork... many confirmations, but stock.exch cant see it...
If your transfer is not showing up, your ORE is still safe on stocks.exchange and they can resync and see the transaction. Send them an email about it please, they are nice and responsive.

And the wallet 1.1.5 as well as 1.1.4 doesn't finish its syncing procedure.. the blocks behind several hours still remains the same long time. What's the problem?

I sent some ore from the wallet 1.1.4 to stock.exchange.. it requires 6 confirms to deposit them. It is over an hour with zero confirmation now. How long will it take to complete 6 confirmations roughly?
You may need to abandon the transaction and resend it, the pools had their memory cleared. When was it sent?
