Speculation Victor Osimhen move to the Premier League is over? @Fabrizio Romano recently posted that negotiations between Galatasaray and Napoli have reopened, discussion regarding release fee around 75 million with installments options even though previously we knew Osimhen was linked with Premier League teams but it seems that until now there has been no real movement. I'm not sure if the release fee is a barrier because in general EPL teams spend the same amount on great players.

I have to say whoever tries to reach an agreement with Napoli will be in an advantageous position because Victor Osimhen contract expires next season, so Napoli doesn't want to lose this player for free meaning they have to sell Osimhen in this transfer window in any way.

Still no answer from Napoli regarding Galatasaray's offer. They're wanting direct cash, but Galatasaray can only offer 45m upfront + 17.5m first installment + 17.5 second installment. The offer is not bad though, and still match Napoli's asking price. The only problem is that installments. However, another problem is coming. Napoli is asking 20% cut for Galatasaray's future deal for Osimhen. This sage is just getting even complicated. At this point i think that will be a backfire for Napoli itself. If i were Galatasaray, i'd look for other alternative. This deal is non sensical.

Sometimes I wonder how some players think especially when they're losing with about 2 to 4 minutes left before the red sounds the final whistle, knowing fully well that they can't come back to level the game not to talk of winning the game. Pulling a player's hair especially with the kind Marc Cucurella is having, is totally not cool to me or are they trying to say he should start wearing a hair packer or is having much hair a crime and against the FIFA rules? What do you make of this act? Should they set a new rule to protect the victims of such act or what?🤔 What do you make of that?
Neves knows his club has no more chance to comeback. So he got angry, and attack cucurella's hair. It's such a shameful attitude from him, and enough to explain how his team don't know how to lose. Hope he learn how to respect his opponent when he's in the losing side.

As for the hair, there's no need to wear packer as it's a part of human nature. Also, the current rules is also protecting it with a red card. Pulling opponent's hair being considered as serious foul that straight to the red card.
So don't worry about that.

Yeah hitting ATH again is exciting but I think It is also a signal to stay sharp. We've seen how quickly hype can turn into heartbreak for those who jump in without a plan. I’m being cautious cause market cycles tend to repeat and I wouldn’t be surprised if we see some shakeouts before any major move upwards. DYOR is survival especially in moments like this when emotions run high. I'm watching macro trends closely and trying to stay level-headed.
Shakeout is certainty and will eventually happen. After such rally there tend to be correction before resuming the bullish sentiment. That will be the best time to get in for anyone out there who want to get in.
Right now the market sentiment is quite FOMO although not exactly there yet and RSI is high. But after correction the price will sky rocket again.

There's reason why experienced traders reopen their long position whenever there's retesting of support in the chart.

I see the same thing all the time on Reddit; it's SO easy to look back with hindsight being 20/20, but REMEMBER:

MOST of these same people would have sold the second it started climbing anyway; they merely lost out a little sooner.
That's why just buy and forget, if we were just putting $100 into bitcoin back in the days we could easily forget it and think of it as just for future investment.
Although I agree, most people are paper hands and those who bought super early were also sold their bitcoin super early too.

Only true believers remain and become millionaires out of it.

Based on total coins and tokens deployed, I'd argue that even more than 99% would belong in the shitcoin category Tongue

While much better examples of a shitcoin could have been used in this image (there are some quality projects in the shitcoin section of that image), that visual is just about what I was picturing to pair with research frameworks, including conditions that properly evaluate a cryptocurrency/token.
If you see at the tokenomic with most of 99% project you'd notice right off the bat that they're indeed deserve to be in shitcoin category.
It's always like that, only very few coin can be considered gem and finding one is as easy as just picking the coin with most trading volume.

The rest are just nuisance. Just see how many coin have been rugged these past few months from mantra to kinto, etc.

You guys are feeling very  confident on Napoli retaining the Scudetto title but I am of a different opinion, I don’t see them retaining it. In the past years there has been none who did it and I feel it’s because most of these teams are on same level and it only takes a mistake and lapses from one for the other to excel. Yeah Napoli won it last season but they weren’t that exceptional as to have full confidence in them, they won it on the last day fighting through their teeth.
I might even see Juve coming to top the league or come second but not Napoli winning it again.
Napoli is the strongest team in serie a at this moment. They still have deadly duo Conte & Lukaku on their side. They have the bigger chance to win the competition again. I don't wanna compare them to their competitors caused by they have better preparation. Meanwhile, their competitors are mostly changing their coach. Logically, they're the most ready club to win another scudetto at this moment. The odds is also in favor them to keep their scudetto for the next season.

In my opinion, Rodrygo's fees ain't nothing for PL club, but his wage is the main problem. He wanted close to the 300k, which is still high. If he can reduce it, and i'm sure many clubs are interesting to look at him. Even some clubs like Chelsea has money to sign him as long as he agree to cut his wage to the 140k 150k range.
However, his club will decide his future next week, but open to let him leave. He can still have possibility to stay much longer only if he's still willing to be benched by Xabi.  Cheesy

But it is not a fact that he will be on the bench all the time, I think Alonso will take into account that the player has not left the club and is still available to play, yes, he can change tactics, not put the player in the main squad if he is not needed, but he may be useful sooner or later, so he may be useful. But he'd better find a club where he can play full time
Even though he won't always be benched, but as a superstar, he always willing to get minutes. Getting less minutes will only make him feel frustrated. The better he goes to the new club instead of staying much longer with a lot of uncertainty regarding his future.

Chelsea must play the bus and wait for a penalty shootout  Grin
It seems the weather will not be on their side (hotter weather would probably be to their advantage), but the rain will probably also help them defend.
PSG looks like a team without weaknesses, but who knows, maybe on Sunday there will be the same game as with Liverpool in Paris, when PSG should have won 3-0 but lost 0-1.
That idea totally make sense. Chelsea must totally respect their opponent, and must be doing parking train by putting 10 players in front of their goalie. They must do the same like when they beat prime Bayern and prime Barcelona with that strategy.
In this game, playing good or bad doesn't matter. As long as the club can win the game, take the trophy and win the prize. That's enough.

I just read the news that our best striker from last season has just agreed to a contract with a team in the Saudi Pro League. Mateo Retegui is leaving Atalanta to play for Al Qadsiah in Saudi Arabia for a fee of €67 million, another record transfer for Atalanta. Mateo, on the other hand, will earn €20 million per season.
It's become impossible to compete with the Arab teams. Unfortunately, they have incredible spending power, and no Italian team, nor even a European one, I believe, can compete with them.

https://www.sportmediaset.mediaset.it/mercato/atalanta/retegui-al-qadsiah-67-milioni-cessione-record-per-l-atalanta_100840347-202502k.shtml
That's insane amounts of transfer for Rategui. Earning 6x salary from his current salary is obviously hard to reject. That's wage he will never get in europe even until he retires.

Also Atalanta is so good in playing a real life football manager. This why i like the way Atalanta doing football business. They always efficient in selling the players. It's started with Rasmus, then Rategui. Losing him is not hurting the club as Scamacca is back from his injury.

"If this trades doesn't go as planned, will I still be able to sleep at night?"
This is why I trade using limited margin around 1-5% of my portfolio, in case of things went really wrong i'm not losing anything, that 1-5% loss I can recoup back in no time and therefore I can sleep at night.
I always prefer building profit slowly than in one fell swoop only to get liquidated later.

Risk management is the key that people often overlook just because they become greedy and become FOMO.

What do you think the reason of his account deactivation?
Honestly I wasn't expecting the guy to close the account after going to zero, I mean he can squeeze money from the already popular account through shilling since he's been shilling memes for quite sometime.

Maybe the impact caused by the hundred millions dollar lost is that great that he decided to just deactivate his account.
Ultimately he's the one that knows the reason. It's crazy though how hundred million dollars went to the drain just for the sake of leveraged trade.

Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2024/25

The kick-off of the first game of the new season between Girona and Rayo Vallecano is scheduled for Fri 15th August.

Real Madrid's game against Ossasuna will take place slightly later, on Tue 19th, but there's seems to be some controversy with that game. Apparently Real and Atletico had an agreement with the Association of Spanish Footballers that, should any of them reach the quarter-finals of the FIFA Club World Club, their opening La Liga games would be postponed to later terms. But, despite Real reaching the semi-final, La Liga president, Javier Tebas has stated that Real's request to postpone the game was officially rejected.
More info here:
https://www.goal.com/en-us/lists/real-madrid-xabi-alonso-massive-blow-la-liga-opener-against-osasuna/blte9c595784207f1d3
I support no club should get this sort of exception considering they're getting money while the rest are not. If La Liga always gave what clubs some clubs wanted, and there will be a trust issue to come from other clubs in La Liga. So, i think that decision from Tebas is fair enough, though they have pre-agreed.

I'm wondering what reason Manchester United is so passive recently. They only signed Cunha, and not clear what's going on with the rest of their deals. They also feel so difficult to sell their players, and even failed to sell Sancho for 25m. Do they lose their pull or what?
Afaik they're financially fine, but hope they to make some strategic transfer asap. They need to take fast step to ensure the new players can have enough time for the pre-season.

Inter milan is likely to be a pretty tough opponent for napoli to be able to defend their Scudetto title. if you look at inter milan's performance, even if it is less consistent, but they are an Italian team that managed to penetrate the champions league final and reach the round of 16 in the FIFA CWC, it is a pretty impressive performance. i think that by looking at their weaknesses throughout the season, Chivu is able to improve inter milan and make them more competitive again in this 2025/2026 season. and it is not impossible that this will make them able to get the Scudetto title next season.
Inter is crap after they being coached by Chivu. No progress so far being made by is team. I'm fully doubting his team can fulfill your expectation next season. No pace, team work, winning mentality showed by his squad in CWC, and also no structured gameplay. This shows how bad is team is, and only expect them to compete for the top 4.
He's not good enough in competing with other good coaches who manage his competitors.

As long as Chivu will still there, believe me, no progress to be showed by Inter.

Funny how Crystal Palace got the consequence by the multi ownership. They're still in the process to appeal their demotion to the CAS, but i feel it will be useless caused by EPL approved textor's request to sell his shares in the club. They must forget their dream to play in Europa League. The better they to accept their fate in UECL, then win it.
I think this might be the best for them, if they can win the Conference League all these pain or disappointed won't be remembered much.

That would be beautiful seeing themselves winning a trophy back to back seasons. Although, I must say it's still heartbreaking after dreaming of themselves playing at Europa League but ended up demoted because their management has share on multiple clubs.
Yeah, the better they focus on their pre-season preparation. Their appeal seems to be rejected, and has no choice other than play in UECL. As far as i know there's no much gap of money prize receive from UECL and UEL. However, playing in UEL may give them more through the sponsorship. They can potentialy to receive big only if they win it, then qualify for UCL.

Rodrygo to the EPL feel realistic as days go by, five games and counting that Rodrygo has being on the bench without playing and today Fabrizio Romano has posted that Real Madrid has told him that he can leave the club which means it is green light for Arsenal to try and make a deal with Real Madrid for his signature.

Rodrygo to EPL feels unrealistic to me. His release cause is very high, but considering he's still young and well developed, still acceptable. However, his wage is the main problem. I guess he demands very high wage to join in new club, and i'm not sure any EPL clubs can fulfll his wage request.
I understand his current club is not need his service anymore, but his price still considerably high.

It's hard to find a buyer that can agree to pay very high release clause combined with huge wages. It's because how strict FFP and PSR regulation these days. If he's hoping to play in english, the better he to cut his wage demands, otherwise, no club will contact his agent.

As of the news today, Crystal Palace has been demoted from the Europa League to the Conference. We still remember how the qualified by beating Manchester City in the FA cup final to get the Europa League ticket. But the twist here is that, they cannot since Lyon too will be playing in the same Europa League. John Textor owns shares in both Palace and Lyon, (I think he owns majority shares) the thus bridges UEFA multi club ownership rules Which simply states that Clubs with the same ownership cannot play in the same competition. Crystal Palace might go to court for this, lol.

Fabrizio Romano has posted that Real Madrid wants €100m for Rodrygo if he is to leave this summer. First of all, i think that asking fee is outrageous, especially coming from a team that wants to master the art of getting players for free; they already did it with Mbappe and Trent, who knows which players they will court next towards the end of his contract and get him for free.

That said, i am not sure any team would pay €100m for Rodrygo, if that is the money they want, they can as well keep him, i think €80m at the most is a good price to buy Rodrygo.

In my opinion, Rodrygo's fees ain't nothing for PL club, but his wage is the main problem. He wanted close to the 300k, which is still high. Just read some article or short youtube video and try it on a demo account.
You'd have better understanding when you're executing the theory itself directly into the trading platform than just seeing some videos or reading some books.

At the end of the day, you're the one that need to tailor a good strategy to make profit. Those books are just textbook guide that won't always right in current market with so many variables.

The top 5 likes to list shitcoin and hypecoin a lot and as it happens the market also like it. That's why they got huge trading volume.
The rest aren't too fixated on listing shitcoin so they may have lower trading volume but they're as reliable as the top 5 if you can determine their credibility not based on volume alone but when those exchange are founded and the fact that they're still standing till this day.
