Re: Bitcoin as a source of income?
by
shinscarlet
on 28/05/2017, 06:51:21 UTC
Today many people rely on bitcoin, in the sense that they are now focusing on the world of cryptocurrency, leaving their jobs

Is there something like this, is there any special tips because i want to focus but not yet dare?

Leaving a regular job is a bit risky, you better think with careful bitcoin can be used as side income, because we can doing like hobby no time limit or place, as long we have free time we can earn bitcoin
Managing income is very important if you want to leave a job for bitcoin
it's like, oh i got a good income from btc bud , i bored of my shitty job and i want to leave
2 days later
yeah i just leaved my job, welcome to new live and prepare to be rich from bitcoin
1 weeks later
damn my stomach, i can't afford food, holy crap

Because there is no investment or asset that can increases itw own prices the way Bitcoin is doing, less than a month ago the price was at 1,300 usd and now is at 2,500 usd this is crazy and it is not possible.

Yes it's really crazy. But i guess if people around the world still believe with bitcoin and look into future so bitcoin price can hit to $2700 again

Hoping to rich it by that amount again, I regreted it before when I didnt convert it by that time, but I know soon it will grow again so I will just keep it for long.
many people does the same and regretting later, do the math guys  Roll Eyes there's no eternal high price, the price just go down eventually when people feel that the price is high enough and be ready to sell their damn btc  Roll Eyes

You get it but most of the people in this forum are either intelligent people who are irrational or idiots who think they are being rational when they say that Japan is the driving force of Bitcoin's price pump.
indeed, people thinks japan with their low population could affect bitcoin that much, doesn't make sense at all recalling that bitcoin investors are still minority there.

Re: Bitcoin Is Going Mainstream Banks Are Disappearing
by
shinscarlet
on 19/02/2017, 23:57:29 UTC
Not in our lifetimes, I guess. People would still willingly embrace the fact that they are being fucked by the banks and they would do nothing about it, well that's the case for over a few hundreds of years now. Also, as long as there are governments backing up banks, they wouldn't simply disappear, not in their watch since they are also making money out of these banks and they couldn't get something out of bitcoins.

Banks are evil... Not many people agree with this idea until they're going to find out what the real reason is for them being here. They're not here to help us, they actually exist to rip the money off us. Cheesy

Too many people are falling in their scam.. It sounds nice until you get into it. Nobody from there will ever give you money for without profiting off you, this is what I have learned.
They're evil but people still join them, there must be something wrong with majority of us, probably we're getting brainwashed even if people around the world have repeatedly saying that banks are evil but still use their services, or probably we're too dumb to realize that even if we say bank is evil we're still using their services.

Re: Bitcoin as form of payment for government services
by

on 19/02/2017, 23:44:45 UTC
It is great that to see a government with an open mind to a new technology, it is great to see we are able to pay tax using bitcoin in that country but I would not used any of my bitcoin to pay the tax, I afraid after I payed using bitcoin the government will start to investigate everyone that owned bitcoin
LOL, How you can affect the whole government to turn its face and investigating the bitcoin users there because you were paying the taxes? there must be something wrong with your transaction which you have done earlier didn't it? otherwise it will be fine. If government want to investigate the bitcoin users, they just don't need to allow their citizens to pay the taxes through bitcoin!

Re: Does any bank accept Bitcoin?

on 19/02/2017, 23:42:34 UTC
Is there any bank/financial institution somewhere in the world that has embraced Bitcoin? Not that I'd deposit my money there, I'm just curious to know it.

Most bank they thought Bitcoin is a kind of competitor to them, so for now none of the banks in the whole are accepting it, but in the I believe bank will join the ride in bitcoin they saw the people are shifting into the concepts of bitcoin in this industry.
LOL, your statement that said bitcoin is a competitor for bank is pure your opinion. There's no such thing stated officially by the bank if I recall, may you show your proof regarding this matter? I guess no
bank even accepting the money which comes from cryptoworld.

No one bank accept bitcoin in present time because bitcoin is digital currency and it can be use use just for online transaction and i think it can be possible that bitcoin accept in bank if bitcoin become in physical shape then i hope that we will be able to use it in any local shops .
And not even in the future, I am confident with that. It will only happen if the government can control bitcoin but the fact that they can't it will always be the same bitcoin and crypto world will always exist.
If we say no bank accepts bitcoin then how do most bitcoin debit cards get issued ? Am certain it has nothing to do with a government having control over bitcoin...
you dumb or what? issuing card don't need bitcoin! and if you want to load the card, service like wirex will exchange your bitcoin first!

Re: Storing of Bitcoins is against Bitcoin.
by

Bitcoin is about freedom and free market

Do anything you want to them, spend, invest, store, or something else

Things will correct themselves with the free market

I agree with this. Though it sounds so selfish but still it is you who will decide it. They cant say it is against the rule of bitc oin (if there is one).  I can gamble or invest it or even store it for a long time then they should not care about it. Only those who holds a lot of it will have that very much effect but with little holders there is not much of a impact.

bitcoin will turn into useless currency its essence If everybody would just store it, people will always continue investing in bitcoin and use it for speculation and or trading.
i think that storing and investing is the same if it's from the perspective of not using it
store your money it's like saving , you will not having profit but losing value only
while investing have a possibility to losing value but could gain value
it's pretty clear that investing is better
even more if you spend it daily .
I say if it's from the perspective of not spending it or not using it, try to read more, you seem to make that post in a hurry, maybe your signature causes that??  Roll Eyes

Re: Do Bitcoins have Tax??
by
shinscarlet
on 04/01/2017, 14:25:12 UTC
If I pay bitcoin tax, where is the anonymity? It means the government knows where I live, my wallet address, probably the exchange I use and the amount I used in the exchange. If the government should know that much then they can control the use whenever.
I don't think it means any of that. All you have to do is report that you bought them, then spent them, and if you took a loss or made a gain. Just like you do with fiat. Hell, going along with the system and reporting all of your bitcoin transactions might even be a good thing. It could show the government that this thing is for real. And since it's digital by nature, keeping records will be easy, there are already a lot of services out there that help you with it.
It's not necessary to tell them that you are earning bitcoin because time will come if your country is not yet regulated about bitcoins, the government are surely making rules to regulate bitcoin, and when the rules will come out, we have no option but to comply with it, it is not voluntary anymore but compulsory.

I just wonder how many reports I will have to make while trying to give the government my money.
if it is about money, the government will not make it complicated or people will be pissed off and go, government always makes things easy for their own benefit

Nowadays. transactions are really slow... I hope they can find a better way to do the transactions.   Huh

When BTC spreads all around the world they need fast transaction speed.
I just faced this problem too and this is really a problem when it comes to an urgent transaction

Re: How to save money.
by

on 13/09/2016, 06:20:17 UTC
At the moment it is hard for me to save some money because my paycheck is hardly enough to cover all current expenses. I have something invested, like little savings, but I hope this will improve in the future. I would like to have some nice sum of money or Bitcoins that I would keep for raining days and give me some more security.

But still  you can try to save at least 5% of your salary on regular basis and if you can manage to do that then you will be holding descent money over a period of time.
5% of salary is really low,15% will be better because if you targetting this low then you will never holding big money in future

Re: Lost $40 Btc in a Bitcoin Esport Betting Site
by
shinscarlet
on 03/08/2016, 15:27:25 UTC
Yesterday

I deposited $40 into Nitrogensports

I betted on a game and won from 0.06 Btc > 0.11 Btc

This morning

I Woke up and bet 0.05 btc on a game

And the game lost.

So thinking to cash out what i have deposit, i access to my account. I look at my balance : 700 satoshi left.

I bet 0.05 Btc on 8.30 AM

And on the 8:52 AM, there's a withdrawal went out to some random address.
My email is not notified, nothing. The money just gone.

This is the first time i lost my money on website because of hijacked by people.

Most of my account is activated with 2FA, email request before withdraw and bla.

Except this, yesterday is the first day i deposit the money and on the next day, my money is gone.

Therefore, put security settings on your account to protect yourself Cheesy
You should always activated 2fa on every site(if it's available), i had lost .6 btc for not activating 2fa on poloniex since then i activate 2fa on every site.
that's expensive experience,0.6 for a single experience is just imbalance

If you didn't want to be asked about how do you have this amount, you will need to avoid banks, the only solution would be spend the bitcoins or save them, but not converting to fiat money.
you will lost point of having bitcoin because if you don't or can't exchange it to fiat,it mean you have nothing, people having bitcoin because it have value to fiat
