P.S. For now we are only pledging to donate. Adriano has accepted to handle the implementation of the multipool for us.

The multipool will allow people to mine the most profitable coins and automatically convert them and pay miners in communitycoins. This was one of the main reasons behind blackcoins steady price increase.

Mintpal vote update: 6245 and counting. jiosefjd sent an email to the mintpal dev. Thank you for that. Please let us know if you get an answer.

We are continuing to vote for mintpal not because we want to dump the coins,  but to raise the value of our coins by adding a reputable and well known exchange to our services. People dumping their coins just after we get listed would make a stupid move. Just look around.

Keep up the good work dev and keep us updated on whatever happens. I have sent a pm to the dev regarding more info. Will update when I receive an answer. Still waiting for the message from the dev.

Big update: Multipool might be ready on monday! So keep your coins safe and bring some ideas that could add real value to the community.

I think after the second round there will be some stakes left over. If the dev and the community agrees we should put 1 or 2 stakes in a faucet. But we should distribute them very careful not to create a price crush by distributing too may coins without any contribution made.

P.P.S. If we work hard, launch the multipool, finish the distribution, land on mintpal, finish the website and do the other stuff on the list of brightlight, we could easily surpass 1000 satoshi maybe even in the first week. We should focus on creating value and growing the community, price will follow without a problem.

7. Updated logo, if dev accepts it's change.

8. Not mandatory, but Android wallet could be a good point about coin. Also as promotional move.

The multipool will just ensure to stabilise the high price i am sure of this!

If BC can make it to 6k sat and keep growing with 74 million with can easily aim for this and once we will have a constant buy order from the multipool we will be able to keep building fac without the stress of having the price drop!

If is was just a clone for Nxt then we could have released it at least a month ago.  But we examined the code for Nxt and was not very impressed that it was as secure as Bitcoin. 

We also stumbled upon a very large technical gap with all 2nd generation coins that needed to be addressed.  Let's say 2nd generation coins are coins that have colored coin capability (i.e. Nxt, Mastercoin, Counterparty) and exchange capability.  There is one area that they are overlooking that is fundamental to Bitcoin, so we decided to focus in this area too.... so you might say this is a 3rd generation coin.

It is written from scratch - don't get confused here.
This is only the client which accesses the infrastructure which is where all the innovation and magic happens (pls refer to the dev-document that UP linked to in his update). Even if the client was copied 100% (which is not the case at all) NEM would still have all the new features like POI.

If NEX was a clone, then we would have released it at least a month ago.

It can go into the billions, but it will be really hard and take a long time.

The community really has to get involved, even just simply mentioning Nem to others on other website would help a lot. Just mentioning for awareness, not advising people to buy into it, since it will be looked at as someone trying to sell you something for their own benefit and cause a lot or resentment.

But the community has to get behind it, including mentioning Nem in their Bitcoin talk signature. I see a lot of stakeholders, and many of them don't have a Nem signature.

You can indeed burn BTC into CHA using Multibit. BUT you must be careful that you are sending BTC from a single address (otherwise Chancecoin won't know which address to send CHA to). The best thing to do is send BTC to the burn address using a wallet that only has a single address. To check that you only have a single address, click on "Request" and verify that under "Your receiving addresses," you only have one address listed. If you have more than one, you should create a new wallet (File -> New Wallet), send some BTC to the new wallet, and then send BTC from the new wallet to 1ChancecoinXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXZELUFD. Hope that helps. Alternatively, you can always send BTC to a Blockchain.info wallet and follow the instructions I just posted for burning from Blockchain.info.

After you send BTC, you can see your Chancecoin using the Chancecoin wallet software. You can either install this from source, or run a pre-compiled binary. We currently have a pre-compiled binary available for OS X Mavericks, and we will have a Windows binary out soon. The wallet software has a function you can use to check the balance associated with your address.

something i really do not get it...why so many coins recently so like to apply POS?i don`t really feel POS really great to apply since it will do have inflation eventhough no mining anymore and no mentioned that 30% is the way to high for it.
