They started the 7 day hold period without any prior notice. Waited 7 days to get it credited to my trading wallet finally. Then I tried to transfer it to BTC wallet, now it says "Buy Cancelled" and the whole amount is gone and not showing in any of my wallet. I had used them many times in past, always used to get the BTC in few minutes. Something sketchy is happening lately.

I will update here if I get back my money or BTC. Will never be using them again.

Because IDAX is a scam exchange and will not let you withdraw your funds without submitting an ID proof. Who in his right state of mind would sumbit his ID proof to a random site on internet.

And the only exchange a privacy oriented coin has got is the one which requires a KYC, what a joke

This shitty scam exchange IDAX is asking me for my ID proof to withdraw my btc. It is way below 1btc btw.

I would rather forget about my btc rather than submit my ID to a Chinese exchange.

Will nix ever be listed on a reputable exchange? I see so many times my orders were not filled when orders lowers than mine got filled as per the trade history. After that the trading gets stuck for hours.
