Isn't it just awesome how NYC can be exchanged for WNYC on Souths exchange for 1:1 but then if you want to swap back there's no volume in orders allowing it except down at 1:0.40 and 1:0.10.... I thought their swap was a 1:1 minus fees deal as they interact with the smart contract, but it would appear that its set up only to exploit.
Unless i am to stand corrected, the wrapped version of this token was just another way for original NYC supporters to get ripped off again....

i skim read the last few pages drunk without my glasses on and so it would appear, things are looking good, what a unanimously hopeful community we have, and so for sure lets continue to buy n hodl NYC..

More talent will flood in. Try to take the reigns and ultimately add more value. The more the merrier. My prediction is that the forthcoming groups have less dirty tricks on their agenda and will each greatly contribute to the history and story of NYC. The earliest free & lightning-fast crypto in existence. Always and forever the one and only NYC.

Long term NYC supporter here, seams its been a bumpy ride lately, but we have seen it all before, so my opinion is that more than likely
yobit will never update. One good thing if this is to continue to be the case the 9 or 10billion NYC in yobit are effectively a burn from the total NYC supply as i understand it.
I have sold my nyc within yobit for a loss and now i look to the future in the hope that, NYC gets back on track.
It would be great to see a end to the fud here, i suggest via a new ann thread for the fork, with new roadmaps, new exchanges, new announcements, new confidence.
NYC has potenial to be a great coin into the future, so i dont lament over what ive lost on yobit, i stay positive that long term holds into the future will pay off.

Ive been burnt before by rushing in on new exchanges. Does the community have good things to say about this cryptobridge?
From my experience over last 2years i feel that coinexchange.io is excellent.
I would donate to get LTC and Doge markets on ^^^^^^^^ for ECC, are others interested in getting these trading pairs active. I think its a 0.1btc price per trading pair, id pledge 0.05btc towards it....

NYCoin needs another exchange id agree. Yobit is where coins go to die! but Yobit is so far great for NYC, lets keep the mining strong and hope it doesn't fork or they finally inevitably exit-scam or will they?(coingather i thought you were better than that)

coingather.com can not login, I still have 4 BTC in, they are liar? Fortunately, my NYC, HTML5 are withdrawn, what should I do? How to recover my BTC?
Its thanksgiving weekend and they're based in Ohio, that's why they probably haven't sorted it out yet. They've been around since 2012 and are a registered company in the US, they won't just shut down and steal your money, just be patient. I'm sure after thanksgiving weekend they will sort it all out.
hope so and fingers crossed, in the past they update their twitter feed etc, very quiet this time, and withdrawals getting stuck just prior is not good sign. Ive been trading with them for years and am hopeful.
The advice posted 50times to remove all NYC from coingather was pretty ordinary advice, knowing that NYC had withdrawal issues when other coins did not. Decent advice would have been to suggest,(not yell in caps) to trade NYC into BTC or LTC or DOGE and withdrawal those direct to yobit and then suggest to place in buy orders for NYC at yobit.
To withdrawal from Coingather was a trap for newbies, and one of the 2 other exchanges supporting NYC was straight up scam.

Coingather goes dark, possible loss of balance feelings compounded by that AltcoinBit scam that i had to endure this month. Bit of double whammy of loss. Thats crypto for ya, hopefully if NYC can rise above 1sat, ill be able to recover from this loss. I also put 10mill in the nyc faucet only hours before they hacked it. If you trade on yobit or coingather then you will get the nycoin. Follow the instructions on page 1 and once fully synced if you withdrawal from yobit your wallet will get the nycoin. coingather withdrawals are stuck at this time, just do small sends to check.
Cant wait for coinomi or similar for NYC.
Would love to see app developed to store NYC on Trezor or Nano.

Today i send large volume of NYC from my wallet on Coingather and yobit, but also from thousands of dollars of todays trading, i deposited all, to this Altcoinbit. Like a shiny lure i took the bait of depositing NYC to sell to a buy order at 1sat. I placed sell orders up to 10sats. It all sold instantly which was suspicious,I ended up with 1.64btc and still about 300million nyc in my newly created account. I then went to withdrawal btc, they dont offer withdrawal of btc, only paypal and other strange and suspicious options. I then traded all btc and alot of remaining NYC to LTC. I have a balance of 283LTC now with this website. I tryed to withdrawal 3LTC and then 8LTC and then 13LTC. Same error report each time saying, not enough coins in HOT wallet to let me withdrawal!
so i made a support ticket. Hours have gone buy with no response and just now i go to log in to Altcoinbit and its states "you have been banned, contact support. !!!!
This does not bode well. I really hope that its not a scam. I call upon the owner of Altcoinbit to answer my support ticket asap. Id like my 283LTC and remaining NYC please.
I hope they come good with things, NYC and myself indeed don't need another scam on the cards at this time! Benefit of the Naive doubt im happy to give. Please make good asap. A long term supporter and trader of NYC and the exchanges that support it i am.

I was injured on altcoinbit, I sold 2469999.98000000 of NEW YORK COIN for the total of 106.78597950 LTC and made the withdrawal, and remained pending but they canceled the shipment and returned the amount of NEW YORK COIN,

The website is a scam. I suspect it might be a phishing site, scammers targeting NYC.
Those encouraging people to withdraw from CoinGather need to stfu, with coingathers withdrawal delay issue, its best NOT to withdrawal from CoinGather at all! Trade or hold, its proven to be safe.
CoinGather is a good exchange. Sometimes withdrawals get an error. When i observe patiently i see they always get deposited back to my account.
CoinGather is not trying to keep the price of NYC low either. Clearly genuine NYC supporters are sending NYC to Altcoinbit and consequently having it stolen, i suspect it is immediately sent back to the other exchanges and sell walls are placed.
ALTCOINBIT is a scam!!!!! Do Not give them your NYC!
Those who shared AltcoinBit on this thread have some explaining to do.
Id love it if they came good tomorrow and refund the NYC or made good with our balances, mine is 283LTC having sent them about 750,000,000NYC untill then they are thieves and the NYC community deserves protection from the bastards that have infected our trust.
