Did you mean, if I would like to buy the same account from other sellers. Then, those sellers can recover their sold account and resell it back? I still trying to figure a trusted seller for iCard account but till now no one really honest and trusted to me.

This question still has no answer: add fund from the bank to PayPal balance? Most of PayPal other than US can be linked with US bank but I just need to know either your PayPal account work with  add fund to PayPal balance from that US bank?
