Hi, it's been more than half a year since my last contact with the Minereum team. I suppose they have no interest in repairing their website / allowing people to claim their bond payouts. The discussion I've had unfortunately only resulted in the developer acknowledging "technical issues with the bonds page" and that they "can not be paid out from the page at the moment". Again, this was more than 6 months ago. Until they get their act together and work this out, I consider myself SCAMMED and would never advise anyone to go near this project. I'll happily share an update here, if this issue gets resolved, but I severely doubt it will ever happen. Anyone else reading this, you've been warned.

Yes, as stated in my first post, I built the bond right after creating it back in July 2021. I've also tried to manually write to the contract via etherscan.com, but that didn't work either. I'll pm you a screenshot and my ETH address. Thanks in advance.

Does anyone have experience with crypto bonds on Minereum? I've created one little over a year ago, but I'm unable to claim, even though the date for the first payout is shown as 22nd of July 2022 and the bond has been built. The button for claiming remains greyed out, similar to the ones for future payouts in 2023, 2024, etc. Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
