which company are you renting with. Are they safe and secure?
westhash/nicehash has never lost my funds in my wallet and have always been paid correctly to me.
they are good not great as their system does have flaws.
they are the only company I use to rent hash.
full disclosure I rented my signature space to them for about 7 months .
I have had some issues sometimes they over hash.. ie buy 20th and get 27 or 40 th so the rental ends to fast.
Many people rent from them. this is my current rental

I have 3 miners atm.
Obviously I can put all miners under 1 worker, or I can put 3 miners under 3 different workers.
Which method give me a higher chance of finding a block?
or it works the same either way?

I believe it makes no difference in terms of finding a block.
However to track their status, having 1worker per miner is a good idea.
And if you register an account you get nice graphs per worker like the one I posted earlier

I got hundreds of coupon for the $100 off S7 as we've bought a ton of these units. I started mining at Kano yesterday. After more than 12 hours the block% (0.021%) is still the same. Is this normal?
Will my rewards go directly to my wallet once the block is completed?

the block % for your worker? that just shows you what % of a block that miner is doing ie an s5 is .004% a s7 is .015%.
your payouts will happen after the block gets to 101 confirms that's when it reaches the "matured" state on the block page. make sure your btc address is set up or payments cant happen.
Check the Rewards and Payouts to see what you get paid on maturity. The rewards will show you more stats ie %, average hash, N diff and N avg, the payout shows your btc address and what you got paid.
