Дизайн темноват, как по мне. И вообще, переписывать с нуля форум это нечто... велосипедное, я бы сказал. Допиливать какие-то модули - да, имеет смысл, но целый форум - сомнительно.

Почему-то думается мне, что автор просто рекламирует свой проект, куда нужно (всего-то) вводить ключи для доступа к вашим аккаунтам на биржах. А "благотворительным программированием" он, скорее всего, даже и не думает заниматься.
