That's my question too. Already in December 2017 there was this article from coinomi on Medium:

When trying to add this coin (yes, with newest version of Android wallet v1.8.0) I couldn't find it on the list. Also on coinomis website https://coinomi.com/ there are many coins, but Bitcoin Atom is missing.

I tried to register in the DeepOnion-Forum (for applying on the airdrop this is mandatory first step), but never got the confirmation-mail.
"Your account is currently awaiting confirmation. Confirmation was sent to xxx@xx.yy."
I tried the option 'Resend Confirmation Email' several times now, but I get no mail. Yes, I checked the spam-folder.
Is it because of a different username in the DeepOnion-Forum? Trying to register again with the same username as here isn't possible because of "bitcointalk User ID already in use" (by my first attempt with the other username).
Today I tried with 'forgot password', only to see, if the mail for recovery reaches my mailaddress, but even this one didn't arrive.
Any ideas how to solve this?

You get free OMGs if you had min. 0,1 ETH on Jul-07-2017, but only very, very few (some guy here made a calculation that came out on one milli-OMG for each ETH).
You don't have to register, you just need a wallet that can handle ERC20-token like MEW (myetherwallet). If you held some ETHs in July - Snapshot was taken at block 3988888 - then they automatically show up in that wallet.

Only people with no idea of how this system is groundbreaking to the financial systems of the world can make a fool of themselves. He's only proving that he didn't understand it. It's awkward.
Blockchain technology will still be here when every data of JP Morgan has passed, it only needs computers to work. Nobody can erase it like his companys files.
Eventually it is not 'Bitcoin' beeing the real thing, but as long as there is no bigger/better, it is the future. Maybe he should ask someone who can explain it to him.

Die Bitcoin-Korrektur ist da, und IOTA "korrigiert" gleich mit. Jedenfalls findet kein Zufluss von BTC statt. Das ist nach meiner Auffassung doch schon merkwürdig, dass die Alt-Kurse immer gleich mit runter gehen. Wenn es dem BTC nicht gut geht, müsste die Flucht doch eigentlich in andere Coins gehen, die dadurch gegenüber BTC steigen sollten.
Hab ich bisher nie verstanden. Den Spruch, der das beschreibt, hab ich aber schon mal gehört: Wenn der Bitcoin Schnupfen hat, haben die Altcoins gleich die Cholera.
OMG ist ein ERC20 Token auf der Ethereum blockchain, deshalb können OMG an Ethereum Adressen gesendet werden. Es gibt kein eigenständiges OMG Wallet. Du musst aber evtl. dafür sorgen, dass die OMG in Jaxx angezeigt werden. Ich kenne das nicht.

Keine Ursache. Unten ist ein Link zu einer Liste mit Wallets die Token unterstützen. Jaxx unterstützt die leider nicht. Du müsstest die entsprechende Adresse also in ein neues Wallet aus der Liste exportieren, um Zugriff auf die OMG zu bekommen. Erhalten wirst du sie auf jeden Fall.

Nachdem ich die Antwort von snodo gelesen hatte, hab ich mich schon nach anderen Etherwallets umgesehen, und dabei festgestellt, dass es auch böse Fallstricke gibt. Bei der Google-Suche bekam ich z.B. auch ein "myethwallet.io" als Ergebnis. Bei weiterer Recherche stellte sich heraus, dass es eine täuschend echt aussehende Phishing-Seite ist, von denen es anscheinend viele gibt. Bin froh, es gemerkt zu haben, bevor ich da meinen Seed eingetippt hatte...

Der Snapshot wurde ja schon gemacht. Am 4.9 werden die jeweiligen Adressen einfach ihre OMG empfangen. OMG interessiert sich doch nicht dafür, wem die gehlören. Dann müssten sie ja 400k+ Adressen verwalten.

Die OMG werden an all die Adressen gesendet, die zum Zeitpunkt des Snapshots >0,1 ETH drauf hatten. Wenn das auf deine Adresse im Jaxx-Wallet zutrifft, wird diese Adresse OMG empfangen.
Sorry, aber ich versteh es trotzdem nicht. Mein Wallet hatte zum Snapshot eine ETH Balance. Mein Wallet kann verschiedene Token verwalten: BTC, ETH, ETC, LTC, DASH, ZEC, REP, aber nicht OMG.
Um an die meiner ETH-Adresse zugehörigen OMG zu kommen, muss ich ein OMG-Wallet einrichten und dort die ETH-Adresse importieren, die damals das Guthaben hatte? So richtig?

The airdrop itself is not a scam - it is a legitimate airdrop that the Omsie Go company will be doing at some point. The scam is the website linked above - that was created as a way to get peoples private keys from their ETH wallets to steal their coins. Although I do not think we have confirmation yet that the airdrop snapshot has already taken place or if it has not. I am unable to find good details on this anywhere.Thank you for clarifying this.

Der Drop kommt noch (https://www.omise.co/omisego-airdrop-update-2), als Berechnungsgrundlage wird aber nicht die Balance an diesem Datum verwendet, sondern was man bei Block 3988888 an ETH hatte. Das war laut Etherscan am "Jul-07-2017 04:36:56 PM +UTC" (https://etherscan.io/block/3988888), man kann also gar nicht mehr aktiv werden.
