We informed all supporters that we are temporary halting the crowdfund campaign. Each supporters can choose between refund or keeping funds in escrow plus bonus on ico-relaunch. The ico relaunch will take place on release of layer #4 token network. We changed the timeframe to 6 weeks total funding-campaign starting in november (this month). Bonus rewards are:
1 week 33% bonus
1 week 20% bonus
2 weeks 12% bonus
2 weeks regular
*early supporter from round #1 get additional 15% if they keep backup-amount in escrow.
We came to the conclusion that this step is the best for this project and its ecosystem and to proof technical competence on our side.
notice: You can make a deposit to ceal.io anytime - this will still qualify you for stage 1 bonus reward (1/3 more coins).
I think that a relaunch without token selling for those who already invested is not a fair way to go with.
If the ICO don't meet the goal I assume a more fair way is to decrease it's goal and distribute only part of the token for initial supporters. Then you built your self a small community + nice amount of money to pay developers to continue their work for few more months + adding PR member to improve marketing. Then few weeks later (once development has progressed + community awareness is higher) make the actual ICO with the rest of the tokens.
This initial ICO should become an early adopters or a pre sale. That way you don't harm those who believed in you before others did, otherwise it is just greedy.

I fully understand your point. But to distribute 10% of total coin supply upon this small group of people and for the value of the funded amount brings no benefit to the project and marketsituation. We do of course respect the early supporter, who like you say, believed in us from the first moment. This people will get a special reward for this like I did explain in my previous answer to have a exclusive benefit.

3 weeks from the moment last found bug will be patched. Currently we have some bugs waiting for solution.

Could you please tell us about the browser and app you are planning to create. Are the Mass coins part of it? or is it something similar to Adblock or Brave browser?

The game was disabled after the issue was reported. The player lost no money, as his deposit amount remained. We follow the advice of our programmers and our 3rd party game providers and they advised to disable the game and void the winnings from this particular game on that particular day.

If proof can be shown by BetSoft it would make these situations so much easier for everyone involved.
In this case there is not a lot of btc involved but if this was to happen on a multiple bitcoin win then BetSoft could potentially find themselves in a courtroom to explain what the problem was that lead them to make such a decision.
Thank you. Apparently the issue was specifically related to our 200% Welcome Bonus and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The players lost their Welcome Bonus (shown from their wagering balance), but due to a glitch in this particular game, on this particular day, the player could make a second deposit and then collect the bonus features. I am sorry if Ale was not involved in this group who targeted us on July 31st, however, we had to disable the game for everyone and remove the winnings gained from a Welcome Bonus tied with Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. As I mentioned earlier, I haven't seen anything like this in the over 2 years I have been with BetChain.
If the player had to make a second deposit for this glitch to take place then they should have known that something was up when receiving more than 1 bonus, on saying that I can also understand how one can get caught up in the moment and it may have been an honest mistake trying to spend the bonus twice.
Anyway this should not be hard to get proof of,
