My predict Bitcoin target price this month is $ 8500, and this year is about $ 20k, lite coin this year about $250 and ethereum price this i hope more than $800, ripple this year i think can hit $1,5 and doge about 90 satoshi

I don't know where you read this "news" but since you're asking a very rookie question, I would advise you to be very careful about following suggestions given to you on this forum, on Youtube or related sites, and even from legit crypto news sources. 

All of crypto is pure speculation.  When you hear about the possible benefits of networks like ETH and NEO, it might sound like this stuff is going to change the world....but it hasn't yet and might not ever.  And NOBODY here is going to be able to tell you with any amount of certainty which coins are going to make you money.  All they'll recommend are coins they own in the hopes that you'll buy them too, thereby driving up demand and price.

When you're researching coins to invest in, all I can say is read carefully and try to put your emotions aside.  Traders often experience greed and fear, and those are the enemy.  Don't get too excited about the stuff you see or read about, because a lot of crypto videos on Youtube, for example, are done by people who are literally screaming about the opportunity to double your money on some shitcoin, and if you don't invest soon you'll lose out, and blah blah blah.  Just be careful.

Finally, if you stick with bitcoin you probably can't go wrong in the long term.  But again, that's just my opinion.

Holding bitcoin is always a good choice, and following is the growth with altcoins. Comparing to bitcoin the price of ethereum, Litecoin, ripple and doge is affordable. From the above mentioned list I prefer to make investments over ethereum and Litecoin which will surely show big growth. In short when bitcoin touch $20k surely ethereum will touch $1000, and with Litecoin surely can get a $500.

Really good question, if you are looking for a 100% or more coin maybe its the best to checkout for small-midcaps with good plans and pray that they are succesfull....
otherwise cardano should be make a 100% by the end of this year... all depends on market situation... i guess if bitcoin is going to rise again all of your mentioned coins will do 100% and more... still good projects. I'm not sure about ripple, i still hold some for 2 years now 10$ lol would be nice but.... i don't think it will ever happen

Without Bitcoin's positive trend, those alts would not increase in price. No need much explanation, you already knew which one is better.
