Vielen Dank für die Hinweise. Ich biete 2 Varianten an: Einmal eine Einlage in Form eines Darlehens, die garantiert ist und einmal eine Investition, wo der Investor bei den Gewinnen mitverdient, aber dafür auch mit das Risiko getragen wird. Bei der zweiten Variante sind natürlich die Profitchancen viel höher (die Investoren der ersten Funding-Runde vor 8 Monaten haben schon gut über 50% Rendite). Ich wurde erst einmal in 8 Monaten gescammt, habe seitdem eine Fraud Prevention Expertin angestellt.
Steuerlich habe ich alles geklärt - ich trade ja nicht in Europa, sondern in Asien (bin aber deutscher Staatsbürger). Freue mich immer auch andere Expats hier in Thailand zu treffen.

ich bin ein OTC-Trader mit 1500 Trades 100% Feedback auf localbitcoins und würde nun gerne auch größere Order bedienen und somit für interessierte Investoren eine langfristige Möglichkeit bieten an den Gewinnen zu partizipieren. Nun meine Frage welche Vorgehensweisen die besten wären an Investoren und Darlehensgeber heranzutreten? Was sollte in einem Brief stehen, an welche platform oder forum wäre es am Besten sich zu richten? Ich verwalte bereits Geld von Freunde und Familie und würde dies gerne ausweiten, da ich aufgrund meines Trustlevels nun auch Anfragen bekomme, die über dem liegen, was ich mit meinem Budget gerade bedienen kann.

To give them the opportunity to exchange their crypto or their fiat also in bigger amounts, i can offer an opportunity to people, who have stacks of btc or fiat laying around. Now my question is how to approach investors? I asked friends/family so far and they are already enjoying decent profits on their funds. I know that friends/family trust me more, therefore i intend to ask the community first before writing the letter to interested investors.

Thanks for your question - the group is fairly new. Based on the system of steemit, the upvote exchange can have nothing but positive effects, that can even lead to specific posts coming to the trending feed. It will gain initial traffic. Im in contact with reddit upvoters, who have their services and systems working for reddit and im confident we can create a similar synergy-effect all together on steemit.
Thank you for taking the time to respond. I may send a PM soon after I first confirm with a few sources about whether this is not wrong to do for Steemit. At the moment I am too new to the system and the rules seem quite relaxed. As long as this won't get us in trouble, I really do not mind it. Can you also have a way to ensure the group has quality content so we don't vote spam?

We are 12 members now. Going up to 15-20 for now.
Why not just create an email group for those of us who want to join but don't want to add a Telegram? I have a steemit account but I never saw it gain anything so left it alone for a while. Do you guys have any success upvoting each other?
