*Edited to add pricing*

So guys, I've decided to sell off my equipment. I'm glad to accept Escrow at your cost, or if you're buying several pieces, we could negotiate the escrow cost. I used to ask Ognasty to escrow, been a few years since i've sold anything here so not sure if he is still offering his services. I accept most crypto that can be traded on Kraken for CAD.

I'll post pics below. I know you can't see EVERYTHING PERFECTLY in the pics, thats why I tried to include the boxes in the pics, I just don't want to shutdown, disassemble, take the pics, reassemble....... you get the idea.

I don't have set prices so make me an offer, but I won't respond to major low ball offers. I also work in CAD funds, so pls if you're interested, remember to offer in CAD funds. I live in Redcliff, Alberta so if you're from the area, local pickup is always an option.

Most of the AMD cards are BIOS modded, which I can leave if you want, or I can return them to stock BIOS, whatever you prefer. For the most part, I don't remember how old some of the cards are, but it's fair to assume they have been running none stop for at least a month or more. (The 480s are obviously the oldest and I think they are about 1.5-2 yrs old)

(I'm really trying to answer any questions here before people ask, in case you think I'm rambling)

If you want more info, feel free to ask.

actually you are incorrect in the matters of that we don't pay for it, which we do pay for in the form of a dev fee. that said not much advancement can be made with amd and equihash, my question is why has he not reduced the dev fee considering amd gpus for the moment have hit there max, better yet why hasn't he removed the dev fee atleast with the zcash miner since he cannot make anymore optimizations in the code.  which quite franky makes sense to do

you can turn off the dev fee

Very disappointed with claymore’s miners. For both the Ethereum miner and zcash miner, it only detects my 6GB HD7970 as a 3GB card, automatically reducing the intensity for the zcash miner.

No other miner or piece of softwarehas this issue. Is there any way to override the miner automatically reducing the intensity?

So your disappointed with software that you didn't have to develop or pay for? Just checking. Not to be a dick, but if you wanted to you could go ahead and learn how to code and build your own miner. I get the frustration and the fact that your really just asking a question, but maybe read what you type first before you post. And I get that this guy is making a mint off of his devfee, I wish i could program better than him, but again just think before posting. I also get that this post isn't helping, but after reading sooooooo many similar posts, I barely have a tongue left to bite.

I think philipma1957 takes the cake (or the coins Wink ) here. In my opinion, that would be a great option, it allows for just enough overhead for safety without wasting too much on permanent equipment (wires, plugs).

A picture of my modest mining facility Smiley

It may look like a mess, but everything runs like a charm and is properly identified!

As beautiful and captivating as the mona lisa.

What are the green colored things in the floor in front of the racks?

Looks to me like foam insulation, I would guess a good thermal insulator as well as static insulator from the concrete floor. Am I right?

Why should anyone mine with ATI GPUs when one S3 or S5 can do much more effective work hashing a SHA-256 hashes?..

Not what he's asking, he means back in the day. It's written in past tense

On another note -- since this affects the credibility of Smarterhash -- owned by the person who ran LifeForcePools...

If you go to http://shop.lifeforce.info/shop/astro-100mh/

You see:

Quote
Shipments scheduled to begin 6/22/15 – PLEASE NOTE – YOU ARE PRE-ORDERING

HASHRA ASTRO

100 MH/S ASIC SCRYPT MINER

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS NO LONGER AVAILABLE – FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER – YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED

So what is the deal?  Is this a scam or is this real?  Why is the shop still up?  Lifeforcepools is down, but their shop is still up.

I really don't chime in on a lot of conversations, but figured I throw a quick post on this. Way WAY back when the store first opened I figured fuck it, and pre ordered a single unit. if I lost out then well it's not much money. So he (lifeforcepools) did go silent for quite awhile, but since February, he's been very vocal through emails about his dealing with HASHRA. I still have every last email he has sent. What I will say because I doubt we will ever see these machines is that HASHRA may turn out to be bad, but lifeforcepools has, at least to my knowledge, been quite good to everyone. If they decided to back out of the pre order, from what I understand, he has fully refunded their money. So I would say for now Lifeforcepools shop seems legit,(remember he is a reseller giving people option to pay with paypal, HASHRA only accepted BTC), HASHRA is still in question. Do your research yourself, but this is how I understand it, that's all.
