Our Box is a portable unit and needs no certification, if you do not mount it in your aircraft. But we are in a certification Process at EASA to have our Box also certified for commercial aviation, then it can be operated in all types of aircrafts.

yes, we think that our approach is the right one, because we target a market which is highly complex and regulated, but very static. That`s the reasons we use portable devices, such as mobile devices which do not need certifications (iPads and other portable devices from Samsung etc.) for the APP`s. With our own, already developed BlueLine and RedLine Hardware, which is also portable it needs only certification from EASA when it`s built in the aircraft. Nevertheless, we started a certification process, but this takes a long time and needs also lot of funds, but at the end we compete with companies like GARMIN.
