Yes that sucks man... but the dev was on top off it from the moment it was reported... he stated multiple times that ipominer was on their own fork... 
On top of it? The only time the dev mentioned something about the checkpoint server being a problem was like 3 hrs after reported. and it was probably before that when the problem started. just first report was then. ALso, the hashrate jumped exponentially during this "problem" when the blocks were not getting confirmed.
around 8:30 when it was reported, then around 11:30 when something was mentioned by the dev.
Just to report, staking is now working, crashes stopped.
There we're some serious issues with our Checkpoint server
So I updated the pub/private keys and it appears to be ok.I think it is all fixed now. I will monitor for an hour or 2.
Have not slept all night (morning here now) What a night haha
New wallet link will be ready in a few minutes

Something sketchy happened with the crappy checkpointing me thinks.. anyway.. funny how ipominer was on the wrong fork yet it had the most hash.. lol .. nm im done

Windows wallet crashes when it tries to stake. Restarting multiple times, and a reinstall, still does it.
Looking into this issue right away

Dev, what are you doing about this.. last block sent was over an hr ago according to my wallet, which I cannot unlock or it crashes on staking...
I think I know what happened, when all the wallets crashed, I could not find a connection to the network.. LOL

Had a unusual issue with genesyscoin gamer wallet updated to the staking fix, ran for like a day or so, then unexpectedly shutdown last night. when I woke up I noticed it was not running, so I preceeded to start it up with the QT.exe and could not run the wallet, it kept popping up saying random dll's were missing.. all dlls missing were related to gpu mining software... anyone else have a problem like this? again, these link dll library files are claiming to be missing when I try to restart the genesyscoin wallet. again, has anyone else had this wallet mysteriously just shutdown?
Antiviruses sometimes find false positives and delete them.That could be the issue in your case.
Not sure, but that is a possibility.. I will do some more searching

hmm Keeping an eye on this coin, still not buying in but if ICO people keep selling at a measily 20% profit, I think there is lots of time to jump in..

Its ok.. everyone has an opinion..im out. thanks anyway. a couple things don't add up here, but to each his own.
I think you're just upset you missed out on mining the bigger rewards. lol
um actually I looked at it, and I was better off mining bitcoin than this coin. I don't see it going anywhere, as I said, im out. but i'll watch to see if there is any reason to buy in later.

We are on block 4364 and still 25 coin blocks?? thought it was 50 coins per block at 4200 block and up to 6200
