We think the next step for crypto currencies is to be able to grow out of crypto community restricted circle.
So, we believe that any new project must:
1. Be, from first minute, highly brandable and attractive (name, image, mining numbers)
2. Have continuous and serious development/improvement capacity as system
3. Make real effort to be community aware (first here, later everywhere)
4. Have mainstream acceptance potential based on improved usability and everyday use application
5. Mobilize all possible resources (from investors, miners, supporters & additional developers)

* Difficulty retargeted with Kimoto's Gravity Well
* New block generated every 2 minutes
* 5 000 coins created per block first year
* 2 345 490 000 Smilecoins will be created in first three years (halving reward every year)
after third year reward will be 250 coins and will stay like that at least next 3 years
or, if evolution of cryptos it shows as a better solution, we will move to a PoS model
* 2% premined (1% pretraded for initial funding, 1% for project promotion/support next 3 years)

We intend to premine and pretrade 1% of all Smilecoins that will be available in the first 3 years.
Of course we are ready (in fact we do prefer) to accept a suggested trusted escrow from bitcointalk community.
Also as Head Dev, I am ready to provide full id proof (as in any simplified id verification procedure: scans of Passport, Country Id and recent utility bills, with land line phone verification from phone bill) to a trusted senior member of this community. I Will Not provide my full id here or in any public place on webs - don't bother asking.
This is a serious project for us and we would like to get serious community support, being that much more than an occasional mining/pumping/selling/repeating interest.
