Just did a clean install and it says no device found sleeping for 3000 ms update I rolled back to the may 24th driver update and it now works. The june update though does not.
Could you please list the version you had success reverting back to?

I am having this exact same issue with Zcoin as well, same error message. Drivers are up to date. I have no problems mining other coins on Betterhash. It is very frustrating. Using GTX 1070 graphics cards.
