So we have to spend 1.35 BTC (for buying 1 T) and you give us back 0.01228 BTC per day ... Whaooo, what a good deal ...
Buyers are stupid ... They will never ROI with difficulty growing every 15 days ...
I'm not advertising for HashNest or suggesting you buy from them.. but perhaps you don't realize that you can sell your GHS at any time and recoup the vast majority of your BTC. Same as any exchange that sells hashing power (ie CEX.io).

All residential in US has 240V but split in 2 phases. This is true even for apartment buildings. Most of the stoves and driers run on 240V, so please .. almost everyone in North America has a 240V service.
As for the disclosed hashrate, they disclosed one, together with the conditions to get it. It's not their fault you live where you live or you host it where you find some decent rackspace without asking about the power requirements.

Yes I see them on mine too. I'd deleted some of the entries and needed the full list without doing a factory reset, which resets the ipconfig back to static.

All have been hosted in a cool, clean data-center environment for the duration of their lifetime (6-8 weeks), and I've been the sole owner of these machines. They may have minor scrapes and scratches externally, but are in perfect working condition, hashing solidly and steadily at ~1TH each.
Price is $1550 firm, which includes shipping to the lower 48. If you want to buy all 4, the price is $5800.
