Основатель и генеральный директор Telegram Павел Дуров был задержан французскими властями в связи с ордером на обыск в связи с предполагаемыми нарушениями работы платформы зашифрованных сообщений.
По данным Le Monde и других французских СМИ, Дуров был арестован в аэропорту Ле-Бурже к северу от Парижа после приземления на своем частном самолете, прилетевшем из Азербайджана.

Интересно очень что будет с тоном. Сейчас его курс упал и вот начинаешь задумываться о том, что может сейчас хорошее время для входа...или лучше повременить и ждать дальнейших новостей...но если новости будут хорошие, то монета пойдет вверх и уже поздно будет покупать. Что думаете по этому поводу? Кто-нибудь покупал их монеты после новостей об аресте?

theymos решил скорректировать мерит-систему форума с тем, чтобы стимулировать пользователей больше изучать информации прежде чем набивать посты. Теперь за набивку постов будет снижаться число меритов, чтобы пользователи более вдумчиво подходили к этому вопросу, были более точны и лаконичны в формулировках. За вдумчивое чтение постов других участников мериты будут дополнительно начисляться.
Каждые 15 символов текста сообщения будут стоить 1 мерит. Например, за то, чтобы поделиться с вами этой информацией, мне придётся заплатить порядка 61-62 меритов. Однако, по оценкам theymos'а все достойные постеры вполне смогут заработать себе гораздо больше меритов, чтобы скомпенсировать возникшие штрафы за излишнее словоблудие.

To address this, I've added a merit "cost" to posting: from this point forward, for every 15 characters you post, you will lose one Merit point. This should eliminate any incentive to make low-value posts.

So to counterbalance the penalty, I also added a system whereby you will earn a bit of merit just by reading posts. If you want to write a lot, you'd better do some reading as well!
For both the penalty and the bonus, this applies only to your merit score, and does not affect sendable merit (sMerit).

I think this is not the right time to buy Altcoin. Because the market will take a lot of time to grow again and investing now will take away your chances of getting rich. One year after you invest in the altcoins. Then the market will show its trend and you will know a better future.
