Help,  this morning i opened up prizm web wallet and now my prizm wallet has a new address.  i don't understand.  and my old address shows a zero balance. please help.

any help please.

There are three version after 1.9.20. It will never download the blockchain anymore as the database is modified.
Check GitHub and download latest version 1.10.3
Delete old blockchain in configuration and let it synchronize.

quick question.  i tried to buy and sell cvc on bittrex and i was told 'its not available in my jurisdiction'.  I am in America.   Is this true and when did this change.  I have civic on bittrex.
