Anyone else keep getting this even though they are copy and pasting the exact passphrase?
Passphrase must be a valid BIP39 mnemonic code.

Ya me too. Copy and paste.

How com the dev team cant sort out a working online wallet let alone a desktop 1 yet a community member can knock up a working 1 fine!!?? Can anyone from the team comment on this? is it safe to use?

We setup a cluster consisting of several nodes with SSL encryption. This takes a while to configure. Additionally, our official logins are being heavily accessed and DDoS'ed. Next to preparing nodes we also fixed the binary installation method which didn't work because downloads.lisk.io also was being DDOS'ed. It's working now. We also worked on the Docker version which is now available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS.

So now we should have all three methods working. More backup cluster will come.

That backup cluster works great except you can't actually send anything.

Why is the wallet not working if everybody can access their coins through multiple other ways.  Is there still hundreds of users trying to access it?  Maybe Lisk blog should have had a paragraph explaining to people they can only handle 10 people at a time.

Why we need to be a fcking nerd to get access our coin ?

This is deeply bad.

give me an executable,or repair website !

Copy pasting 3 lines is the meaning of being a nerd?

Just somebody provide a step by step instruction please.

I am not a tech guy.  Could somebody please provide a step by step instruction on how to get my coins. I am sure Lisk guys are busy but would be nice if they would provide instructions that can be followed by people not capable of linux or docker or whatever the fuck we are suppost to use. Thanks

Can someone advise please.  I purchased in first week of ico and would like to purchase again.  Am I required to initiate a new exchange or can I use the same exchange from first week to add to?  Thought I read that I could do the latter but cannot recall what general page that would have been.  Thank you
