I been saying the same thing but got flame for it, since no more ico so many new coin go for MN path to gather, gone is the days where developers work to prove coin the value, now is whitepaper to prove their coin value. But I can't blame them, crypto move so fast, no fund, you can't do shit, can't list on exchange, no bounty, no fund for payment and services. If you have a great idea, someone with bigger wallet can clone it and create a new coin.

i wait for a very time also for it to synchronize, i close the wallet and restart it again and the 2nd time it synchronize. make sure you backup your wallet.
