My ticket is 5 months old and not yet resolved, my account is disabled !!!!!!

Please help.


Now they have a live chat and I am waiting since November 2017 :-(
The live-chat girl told me that account are still under review and according
to company policy they are not allowed to advise any forecast time when
it will be solved    ....   such a bullshit; such criminals !!!

Today, after 111 days (since Nov 29 2017) my case #555400 was resolved & my account has been reenabled.  Thx all for the support (moral mainly) !!!

My ticket 433011 was created on Nov 12 / 2017 and is still disabled (although numerous reminder / requests have been sent)

Keine Ahnung, was bei Bittrex läuft (ich hatte noch keine Probleme bisher), aber hast du denn auch auf die Mail geantwortet, bzw. das Ticket aktualisiert, wie es verlangt wurde? (kann ja schnell mal vergessen gehen, aber wenn du es nicht getan hast, gehen sie davon aus, dass sich dein Problem erledigt hat)


Jup, alles genau befolgt &  geantwortet .... bis dato keine weiteren Nachrichten (letzte message war Anfang Jänner, daß noch daran gearbeitet wird)

mal schauen & warten .... habe ja leider keine weiteren Optionen :-(

Hi,

I will meine ETH von Bitstamp auf freewallet transferieren,
habe aber gelesen daß man hier aufpassen muss, da einige
Exchanges und Wallets keine ETH über smart contracts akzeptieren.

Bei Bitstamp steht:
Please make sure that the receiving party supports Ethereum transactions generated from smart contracts prior to initiating an ETH withdrawal.

Habt ihr hier Erfahrungen ?

Thank you for prompt reply.

Referring to my ETH transfer from Bitstamp to Yobbit, below is the transaction ID:
0xd5b795ec26128b1f69e6ad20e4de86fd39078326338b43ec325c9fd4087104de
After I did transaction I saw that Yobbit stated: Warning! You can not make a deposit via contracts!
So I think this is gone :-(

The issue is to find out if my freewallet supports Ethereum transactions generated from smart contracts,
as I would transfer ETH from Bitstamp exchange to myfreewallet.
My receiving/ETH deposit address @ myfreewallet is:
0x7e34b6c43de82235523440ee582e94ec9d6fb236

Honestly I do not know how to check if the transaction from Bitstamp exchange would be ok.

Hi guys,

I have ethereum on my bitsamp exchange and would transfer same to my freewallet.org.
Now I read that not all exchanges or wallets are accepting transactions of ethereum from any exchange.

I had this problem when I transferred ethereum from bitstamp to yobbit and my funds were lost.

Do you have any advise for me ?!

I sent request to freewallet, but no reply so far.

So basically if people don't update their tickets, they will get cancelled?

No, not cancelled; but they ask to the sent to them reminder on the open tickets.
Bittrex wrote in addition that is no reply will be sent by you they will send a reminder.
You see, this issue is getting ridiculous; Bittrex lost the overview, while educating new staff.

Ich warte bei Bittrex seit 2 Monaten auf die Verifizierung.
Das Account ist eingefroren & ich kann nicht handeln.
Mehrere Reminder geschickt, aber Bittrex regiert nur mit automatischer Antwort.

D.h. ich habe keine gute Erfahrung mit Bittrex.

Binance ist einfacher & besser.

Danke für eure Rückmeldungen :-)

Momentan habe ich einen RIG mit 3 x Nvidia1060GTX & 3 x AMD580RX;
diese schürfen aktuell ca. €350 - €400 pro Monat (Stromkosten € 80 bereits abgezogen) auf Nicehash

Habe jedoch gelesen, daß die RIG's besser/effektiver laufen, wenn man nur eine Marke verwendet (entweder AMD oder Nvidia)

Ich war mit meinen RIG zuerst auf Nicehash, dann BTG Pool, dann auf ETC Pool & nun wieder auf Nicehash.
Teilweise waren alle profitabel . . .

Welche Coins schürft ihr so, wenn man neugierig fragen darf ?

was sind aktuell die profitabelsten Karten für Schürfen.
Ich kann in den Forum lesen:
- RX 580 AMD
- GTX 1070 TI Nvidia

Die beiden Karten sollen sehr gut sein; könnt ihr das bestätigen ?
