I did bought 450$ paccoin which got around 2 million coins.
After redeem , i got 2000 PAC$ which is around 16$ value at the moment

??Yes. The supply is lower so those 2000 PAC$ are worth the same as the 2 million old paccoin you had.

but why on earth, anybody would use setupmasternodes, that demands $50 in advance to fund setup service
, instead of well-established mn hosting services, like nodeshare or node-vps, you pay them only for the node hosting, ca $$6-9 monthly, that's all.
It's because hosting services have access to your server while setupmasternodes doesn't require access at all. They teach and guide you through setting it up. I've heard stories of people getting their coins stolen just because someone had access to their server. Plus, it's a $50 one-time fee whereas the montly $6-9 can add up and cost more in the future.
