If no BTC in the address is required, and the unique messages is just "BitCoinRhodium_" appended to a timestamp, how would you prevent a user from signing thousands of empty addresses?
We want to support newbies, and we believe they can be hardcore of our community and spread BitCoin Rhodium over the network. However, we have the control mechanism to control it. Let's say, is OK. 100 BTR gifts are already gone so 3x5 BTR is just fine;) but keep in mind other users want to join too...

Sure, right. But how can we register for this? We will provide just our BTC addresses, or we will signup? Or via contract address??

Judging by what @arjuna BTC asked before and the answer he got is that it really will be possible with the ICO in January 2018 when fiat will be accepted. I searched for their whitepaper and found this, if you're interested: https://www.dutycoin.org/dutycoin-whitepaper.pdf

thanks for that, I am new altcoin investor looking for new opportunities among the new crypto coins, I want to spread investment but not sure about the risks here in that one.
