I user gpuz on mine, so you are saying i am going to have problems? Sometimes it crashes or reduce its hashrate. Maybe thats the problem?

I am using a 600w evga White 80+ psu, cheap and 49A on 12v rail. Got 2 xfx single fan rx470... Motherboard Itautec st-4272 (gigabyte q67m-d2h-b3), working fine.

No teu caso, eu tentaria vender já quase que imediato o que for produzindo e acumulando tudo em bitcoins. E uma vez por mês por exemplo conveteria para reais, para ir pagando o investimento.

Faria toda ligação em tensão 220v pois o custo do cabo é menor, e o rendimento da fonte é maior.

E iria pra GPU AMD, RX 470 por enquanto, 4gb mesmo. Procure marcas que forneçam garantia além de 1 ano, e que realmente funcione (xfx, evga..).

Ideal seria começar com 1 ou 2 placas para você ver como é, 1 semana depois que estiver tudo redondo já pláneja expandir.

Qual local vai montar isso? 

Sem pagar energia compensa, precisa ter espaço, planejar b e ter alguma ideia do que está fazendo. Além de ficar monitorando as moedas para ver qual é a mais rentável do momento (sugiro pelo menos uma vez ao dia).

Moeda é igual ações, rendimento passado não garante rendimento amanhã...

Se eu tivesse energia grátis, por exemplo uns 10kw, daria para ter umas 60 placas. Iria direto para GPU, AMD, preferência RX 470, comprada em loja nacional (garantia).

Cada RX 470 segundo a fabricante precisa de 120W, então arredondando pra 150W, daria para ter umas 65 placas. O custo de 10kw  ligados 24 horas hoje em são Paulo está aproximadamente 6500 reais.

Cada placa, 850, x66= 56 mil reais.

Vai precisar montar estrutura para os risers, e procurar placa mãe com 6x entradas pci-e, comprar risers e uma fonte de pelo menos 1200W pra cada 6 placas. Então precisaria de 11 kits (placa mãe, processador, fonte, risers e estrutura).

Seria bom colocar isso num lugar sem poeira, que não passe muita gente e com ventiladores trocando calor das placas. Ou um ar condicionado de pelo menos 18mil BTUs (considerando que metade da energia gasta da placa se transforme em calor).

Depois precisa instalar sistema operacional, Windows tem que fazer um mod pra aceitar 6 placas. Clona o hd pras outras máquinas, e instala algum programa de gerenciamento remoto para monitorar, TeamViewer e vnc pra acessar remoto.

Como vc esta perto do PY não vai compensar comprar placa no Brasil, mas eu comprei e pretendo vende-las com uns 10 meses de uso. Peguei da XFX que tem 2 anos de garantia.

my monitor does not have hdmi

and if i connect to my monitor using dvi cable, the screen lags a little and it bother me using the computer 8 hours a day like that, so i am using the onboard video to work and the rx 470 to mine

DVI-I adapter with resistors? Its really unsafe to keep 24/7 without monitoring temps/wattman to change mem/gpu clocks.

I found on ebay hdmi dummy plug, that would work for me, what do you guys think?

Its cheaper to get display port to vga adapter/dvi-d, and add 3 resistors of 75 ohms to it, like my old 280X worked (with DVI-D to vga adapter), would that work?

I bought a rx 470 to use on my personal computer, i tried to mine using the pc but got huge lags on vídeo. As i use it to work, i set my primary display on the onboard vídeo Card. Lag is gone. But now i cannot monitor the gpu temperature and use wattman also.

On my previous pc (280x), i had a DVI-D adapter to vga with 3 resistors simulating a monitor plugged at the main vga and it worked fine. But at the RX 470 its DVI-I, it does not accept my old DVI-D adapter.


Any clues on how to make it work?

This topic is a mess, i got a R9 280X, i spend more than 1 hour reading and testing things here and I still do not know if my hashrates are good.

R9 280X:
X11 = 3,1 Mh/s
X13 = 2,5 Mh/s

I wont push my GPU to more than 1040 mhz

Any info on a config file that should work with 280X?

Also, about the auto conversion to BTC or any other coin, do you have plans on doing it, if so, any idea on how is this project? I liked the feature at wemineall.com, that users can choose to either convert to BTC or keep the current coin and the status of the process. Something like that would be great. Your pool would also get a huge boost on users seeking it by that feature.

You need to add more coins at N-Scrypt and X11.
