It looks like this site is applying a double standard. On the one hand, user was banned for several copied lines.
On the other hand, someone can be easily forgiven for a stolen article https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5157468.0

Still the chances of ban is there,because evidences is there and mod need to deicide whether it is a plagiarism or not.
