Re: Who is really hopeful about the future of Bitcoin and why?
by
spongegar
on 08/01/2019, 15:34:45 UTC
I Don't think I'm very hopeful of the bull run of BTC or any crypto currency at all this year. There maybe a bit of a spike but I'd think that it won't be worth mentioning. But if there is a bull run this year, then I won't say I'd hate it.

Re: Will BTC defeated in 2019?
by

I'm pretty sure that the bull market will not happen anytime this year at all. I'd think that there would be a green, but it will be short lived and will not be worth mentioning.

Well, gold is always and will always be the, well, gold standard in backing up currency. Though I'm pretty sure that gold was once of little or no value besides accessories.

Re: HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE NEXT BULL RUN 2019
by
spongegar
on 08/01/2019, 15:23:32 UTC
The only think you need to do to prepare for a bull run is to just buy all the coins that you can buy and get your hands on. That is what i did and the bull run is the only thing in my mind.

Well it would suck if you actually get into crypto currency just as the market is at its peak in the bull run and you'll only see your capital do a nose dive. So basically i don't agree with this.

The data itself is very short and it maybe a coincidence that these percentage are again a fluke. But if it is true then it woukd be suspicious that the growth or decrease and lack thereof is loke clockwork.

Re: Is it good to recruit other person to join Blockchain technology?

I'd always "recruit" people into crypto currency if and only if they ask me about it first and never a hard sell in it. I mean I'd teach the bare minimum of how things works and they'll have to fill up on the rest. Sharing about this experience is always awesome for me.

Re: Bitcoin need a miracle

I don't think it would need a miracle at all. It simply needs time. Time enough to recover the painful dump that happened exactly a year ago that really placed us in this predicament. But if you step back a bit, you'll also see tgat the price now is what it should have been all this time.

I don't think that BTC is over. more over i think that btc along with other crypto currencies will rise soon, but definitely not this year. It's rise will bring about renewed faith in these coins and hopefully would usher in stabilization in price

In my opinion, I'd suggest you up and buy coins as much as you cann i mean this is the time where coins are at their most inexpensive. Although i would strongly advose not to get into ICOs, I've been personally burned by them last year

Honestly, I'm not so hopeful this year. What i do now is that i just up and buy more coins that i can muster. After that it'll just be a waiting game. A game I'm sure to play this whole year round with all the sad news i hear about crypto currency.

Re: Have you ever thought of bringing back the Middleman - but decentralized?
by
spongegar
on 11/12/2018, 04:20:54 UTC
I don't know. I mean placong a middle man through all this just makes decentralization pointless. If the problen is conflict resolution then I'd guess we can have a sort of judiciary system , which is supposedly the SEC. This entity shouldn't have a hand over crypto currency at all. It just makes them unbiased and all that.

Ok. So the sales of silicone computer chips are down, I don't think this will affect the crypto currency prices at all. I mean if the stock market supposedly doesn't affect crypto currency then why would the sales of one of the major computer companies affecr crypto currency at all? Then again, I don't know how all this works.

Re: ECONOMIC ANALYSIS/RESEARCH POLL: Cryptocurrency replacing fiat in the future?
by
spongegar
on 10/12/2018, 07:16:44 UTC
I don't think we can totally eliminate fiat. I mean fiat has been in the economy as long as economy itself. We can definitely see crypto currency and fiat doing something in parallel to each other but saying crypto currency will replace fiat is an absolute long shot. Then again we won't know what will happen in the future.

I think this is a weird occurence and it really boggles my mind. First is that we are all told that since Crypto currency is decentralized, it will not be affected by any movement of the stock market. Now the stock market is down and it looks like crypto currency is down too. I don't know the reason but I'll keep holding.

I think that the SEC have been having a bad rep about bein an anti Crypto currency entity and all that jazz. But i believe that the SEC is just protecting people from fraudulent transactions and investments that caused the mortage crash of 2008. Then again, i hope that I'm telling you is true and that is their goal.

Re: What will happen to Bitcoin if there is a global economic crash?
by
spongegar
on 10/12/2018, 06:55:06 UTC
I don't think Crypto currency will be affected by the economic crash. If there is an effect, that would be that people will pull out their investments on the stock market and place them on Crypto currency. But I don't think crypto currency will come out unscathed if ever the economy crashes. I don't know how but it will.

Re: What exactly needed from Crypto Currencies to Drive Positive Economics!
by
spongegar
on 10/12/2018, 06:46:15 UTC
I think the one thing crypto currency needs to get positivie economics is to be used more on economics per se. I'm not talking about more people investing on crypto currency to take advantage of it's volatility, but to used in exchange for goods and services. More of this and people would be hooled at how transparent and instantaneous transactions are.

Re: 100 ways to get Bitcoin, collected
by

on 10/12/2018, 06:43:19 UTC
Attention newbies. Please be aware of this list. It would've been very helpful to me if i saw this back when i was a newbie. Just a bit of caveat, some of this ways to get Bitcoin is too much for the reward and sometomes altogether impractical but then again, the article said that it is ways to get bitcoin, not necessarily bet Bitcoin practically.
