It has been known to numerous betting forums and communities that they simply DO NOT pay anyone and people have to wait even 40days for small 1-2k USD withdraws.

I think from the available ones OP have posted were narrowed towards those that were found on this noble platform bitcoeintalk, because obviously they have all been here and have proof a consistent pattern through what they offers, but as regarding the list OP has compiled, we don't know the measure or criterial used in selecting only this ones, am very sure there are many other sportbooks known best for what they do but couldn't make it to the list, any selection criterial?
