The problem isn't that you're trying to send a micro transaction, the problem is that you're trying to spend a bunch of micro transaction (about 500 based on the fee). This is the equivalent of trying to pay your bill with a jar of pennies. This is one of the 2 main reasons people hate SD. The good news it that once you send it to your main wallet all the pennies will merge into one 0.23220506 bill that's easy to spend.

No it's definitely mainchain and a p2pool block, the disgusting coinbase leaves not doubt.
I assume your address is 1D3bbVUR7hmP3XprS7MjAELBw1bopz18G4

Blockchain.info doesn't even report any orphaned blocks near 232452.

The auto-payout still isn't working, I've moved the goal post 3 times so far with the system passing it each time with no payout. Is there a manual payout option somewhere? I do not like having coins sitting in the bank this long..
Make sure it's above the min payout.

All the payments I've collected from before Wednesday seam to have completely disappeared.
Code:
Total received: BTC
Total pending: BTC
Total delayed: 0.000110 BTC
I released a payment on April 3rd and finally got 0.00099 on Wednesday when all the other glitch payment were resent (though I remember it being above 0.001 when I released it). I'm not sure how much I've accumulated since the 3rd but I remember it was getting close to the 0.0001 mark.

I noticed this on Wednesday but I was lazy and hoping someone else would report a similar problem and/or it fix it self.

Whops meant 0.001 mark, by which I mean 100 booby prize. The list of payment only show the prizes I got since Wednesday (now up to 17, valued at 0.000170 BTC).

Is there a calculator some where that will tell you on average how long a group of coins will take to make a PoS block (assuming they have aged the 30 day min)?

TRC difficulty

often there is a significant difference between TRC difficulty on Coinotron page and the well known

http://dustcoin.com/mining

So when I mine at Coinotron at any given point in time which difficulty is the right one? What am I mining against? If dustcoin says 500%+ and Coinotron homepage says 60% what the @#%$!! should I do?   Undecided
The difficulty on TRC changes every hour unlike most coins. I'm not sure which one is more up to date but I would guess Coinotron would as it's actively mining it.

Reading this has convinced me that Adam Smith would have absolutely love Bitcoin. As the only resources it consumes are a subset of those consumed by paper money.

Transactions dissapperar from blockchain.info
by

About a week ago I requested payout form coidad.com and within a day I saw the payout on blockchain.info but not my local wallet (MultiBit). Then two days ago (the 8th) I say the payout again as new tx on blockchain.info but not my local wallet, but I could not find any evidence of the one from a week ago. Then yesterday I look at my address on blockchain.info and the tx from just the day before wasn't there ether.

Is it normal for blockchain.info to forget about unconfirmed transaction, especially one that's not even a day old? Or am I just going crazy?

I want to know how Google found the wallets. Doesn't the fact the Google was even able to find them in the first place imply a deep security problem.
Unless Google found the wallets from data Chrome sent back...

A very large portion of v2 hashing is offline (btcguild - roughly 30-40%; for nearly 3 hours now) and a couple of v1 miners got lucky in a row.

The rest of the v2 network overtook them and the network reorganized.

Excuse the tinfoil hat, but, notwithstanding Eleuthria's correction of your percentages, did we just see an attempt to sabotage Bitcoin? I know Eleuthria has had the occasional DDOS before, but this particular one at this particular time? I sure hope the dev team and a few pool operators are busy combing through transaction logs with forensic attention to detail...

Given all the hubbub about his pool getting close to 51%, it could have been an extremely miss guided attempt to save Bitcoin.

Re: Can someone please explain a security aspect of BitCoin to me?
by
spunit262

First off, I hope everyone is having a good night!

My question relates to BitCoin and personal security. How are you protected from someone trying to rip you off?

For example purposes only: Say you move BitCoins from your desktop wallet to an online store to buy an HDTV. The BitCoins leave your wallet...but the store says you never sent them (when in actuality you did, but they are lying to you).

What options do you have? Is it merely your word against them? Is there some sort of "trace" that you can show the legal authorities?

Thank you for reading.
All bitcoin translations are recorded publicly. Proving that x bincoin were sent form address A to address B is extremity easy.
