Many altcoins are trading below support levels now but who's to say they can't go lower? If you can stomach losses and can afford to hodl even in the case of a large drop then now seems like a good time

We can't be debating whether the market goes green/red every few days, I'm of the opinion to look it at a longer term - let's wait a month or so and re-evaluate..

It's relatively cheap now and I believe it its long run application so I would buy it unless you already have a huge allocation of your portfolio in it.

I would usually read the whitepaper to see if the project is interesting / has a long-term viability to it / how much time they have spent and how much momentum the project has going into the ICO. On top of that do some background checks on the team - recently there have been cases of projects with fake profiles / credentials.

I would take some time to learn more about how ICOs work and then do due diligence on ICOs (e.g. reading their whitepaper, looking up the team). Take your time, there's no guarantee that going in asap makes you a winner.

ICO definitely has more risks involved but it's always going to be a risk-reward decision. Remember too that many altcoins that are doing well rewarded the ICO investors handsomely too

I've seen some ICOs allow fiat purchases, so yes it is possible
