If I understand everything correctly then there is already an agreement on this matter . And it's cool because you can understand that tokens will be really in demand in the future. So I will buy tokens during the sales rounds and believe that it will be the most profitable.
In any case, we are waiting for the start of sales. In chat I read about how that sales start immediately on several exchanges. I think this will raise the soft cap.

So far the team is showing good results and I think they need more publications in the media and also take part in blockchain events. I think it would help to attract large investors who are happy to support such a project.
