Да. Токены выпускаются только в момент перевода средств на смарт-контракт. Токены, которые не будут проданы - не будут выпущены чисто физически.

1k эфира на музей криптовалют? И зачем музей, когда можно открыть coinmarketcap и там все посмотреть, все котировки, сайт, соц.сети. Даже не знаю, бредовей идеи я еще не встречал.
У нас другая идея, несвязанная с котировками, сайтами и соц. сетями. Цель (начальная) - создать виртуальный музей, удобный источник знаний по криптовалютам (развлекательная и познавательная цели), популяризовать криптовалюты (положительно скажется на котировках), а также сделать весь проект прибыльным для нас и инвесторов (монетизация).

Pupils of the elementary grade become one of the target audiences of the project. I was wondering about the advantage of cryptomuseum for them. Do they really need to know it so early since the subject about cryptocurrency isn't taught at school? Personally, I like the idea of the project because I can enrich my knowledge of cryptocurrency. Я не очень понял это будет клиентская программа или браузерный 3д музей?
Для меня это тоже важный вопрос. Я считаю что софт все таки даст больше возможностей и всего остального. Сначала браузерный 3D-музей (с возможностью использования VR), для мобильных устройств - приложение.
