This PR-Mega-Joke just damaged everything that SVD managed to build up until now.

I participated in your bounty campaign and I am very happy, that I did not participated in you pre-sale and did not lost any money.
Enjoy your free money.
Sorry savedroid, I was so stupid, you did very good advertising, nice marketing strategy!
Keep working hard!

Marketing, advertising? Are they insurance company, or maybe the feds?

Actually a very stupid way to incinerate with their investors!

Just like a common hippy does, not like a serious CEO of multimillion world project. Bad joke which will cost a lot of money soon.

It will not cost THEM money as they got yours... and are gone (or soon will be).

I absolutely don't like this.

Why is the new site named anditsg.one, the NOT is missing? And why the heck would they do this?? The only reason I can think of is if they already prepared to disappear and need to provide some more time!

No business will do this kind of PR messaging to himself as it only hurts!

It is very likely that Etherium will get a fork to disable hardware ASICs. There was a poll and more than 57% support it!

Hi,

Getting this for some time now, anybody know what's wrong? Name resolution is working, Claymore ETH is mining, this happens only with the DevFee servers? On SimpleMining OS..

Cannot resolve 'us1.ethermine.org'
ETH: Stratum - Cannot connect to us1.ethermine.org:4444
DevFee: ETH: Stratum - Failed to connect, retry in 20 sec...
ETH: 04/02/18-00:59:30 - SHARE FOUND - (GPU 7)
ETH: Share accepted (47 ms)!
ETH: 04/02/18-00:59:36 - SHARE FOUND - (GPU 9)
ETH: Share accepted (49 ms)!
Cannot resolve 'eth-eu.dwarfpool.com'
ETH: Stratum - Cannot connect to eth-eu.dwarfpool.com:8008
DevFee: ETH: Stratum - Failed to connect, retry in 20 sec...
ETH: 04/02/18-00:59:39 - New job from eu1.ethermine.org:4444

I have a rig with 13x RX480 highly tuned cards running SMOS where the rig crashes from time to time. There is nothing related in the Claymore miner logfile, also SMOS seems to not keep the Ubuntu logs in /var/log - any idea how I might isolate a potential card that is causing the problem without disassembling the rig and taking out cards? I don't have windows, only SMOS.

Strangely, this rig also do not accept any custom mem clocks via the SMOS console. Whatever numbers I put in, regardless if a single one or per card, it just takes the default mem clocks from the cards itself (which are optimized per card).

Any ideas?

PS:
All cards were pre-tested under load prior building the rig on a testbench and the clocks of each cards were tuned indivdually so that they do not produce memory errors. The core clocks are all 1150 and core voltage is 887mV also pre-tested under load with each single card. Each cards temp in the rig do not get over 67°C. Running optimized Claymore-eth 10.6 or 11.6 where 10.6 seems to be more stable.

Highly optimized 13x RX480 rigs, custom per card bios, etc. 0 invalid shares, 24ms accept time, on eth1.ethermine.org
Was running perfeclty stable for weeks with 11.1

Witih 11.2, 11.3 and 11.4 crashes all the time.
Hash rate increases but there is no point in it if I have to lower the memclocks to keep the cards from crashing.

Back to 11.1 and stable again, relatively high stale rate (5-15%). 0 invalid shares. 24ms accept time.
Back to 10.6 and lowered stale rate even more (2%).

Claymore, thanks very much for putting in -oldkernels into 11.5.
Reporting everything works smooth now.

Thanks very much for your efforts.

Or can you think of any cons?

I see some people have problems with latest versions because they use hard OC and/or custom bioses created for old versions. They work fine with old GPU kernels, but I modified kernels in v11.2 and you need to readjust your settings.
For those who cannot do it (or don't want to do it) I can revert some changes and release a version with "old-style" binaries. So I will release v11.5 within a few hours and it will be the only change in this version, so don't upgrade if v11.4 works fine for you.

Great!
Include a cmdline switch like "-oldv 1" and only have one binary.

Try Phoenix miner, low stales, high hash, stable.

Thanks for the hint, Phoenix is only Windows, that's make it for me not an option.
Should probably check ethminer again...

Is it possible to set in the Claymore that these with Samsung memory give 31.3 Mh/s?  Smiley

No, you have to optimize their BIOS.

Look here, Hynix and Samsung covered with 580'ies:

MyRX470/480 rigs are optimized and never had a single crash while running 11.1 single mining ETH on ethermine. Switched to 11.2 and then 11.3 and both were awful producing a lot of crashes. Back to 11.1 and everything went to normal again.

What is your experience with 11.2 and 11.3? Thanks!

Should be testing 11.4 soon...
