I have been using Bitstamp exhchange from over a year. Then I accidently sent my XRP to wrong address. Bitstamp some time ago had two accounts for sending XRP and I have chosen the wrong one. Then I have opened a support ticket, but my problem still hasn't been solved. Support ticket is opened from the start of December.

So for all newcomers to this unceartin crypto world I am suggesting avoid Bitstamp. Use other exchanges instead. I like Binance and Kraken.

I would like to know for how long does other forum users have an opened ticket on Bitstamp?

I sent a PM with an GateHub ETH address on which I requsted that you send MNTA token. But I noticed that MNTA is not supported on GateHub so the transaction will be lost. I am asking you please don't send MNTA on that adress. I will send you new ETH address on which you can send MNTA. I hope I am no too late?

Hope you can answer me on the following question: How does this coin differ from the project Stone or from the project Azulik? They are all using the RaiBlock code. All three projects seems to be solving the same problem

I am loosing my mind. From 8th of December I am waiting to get my problem solved. Let me explain what happened.

I am a Bitstamp user for over a year. I trust the exchange and my account is verified so I can use the account for withdrawing my money to my bank account.

I decided I will transfer my XRP from Bitfinex to Bitstamp! After an hour the transered XRP haven't arrived. Than I noticed that I f*cked up deposit address. I don't know why Bitstamp has two addresses for Ripple? I accidently transfered my XRP to address Ripple (Bitcoin, USD) and not on Ripple (XRP).

So I am a bit worried right now. Will I get back my funds? How can I contact Bitstamp, because their phone line is a joke? Their response time is another joke. Does anyone has a smart idea how to solve this mess.
