I can create better domain with Libra keyword infect anybody can create a new domain with this keyword so why would some will buy your domain? Just because there is a word Libra in this domain?

This shows clearly that you have no idea what an auction is and how it is to be done by the one organizing it. I doubt you have this domain in possession to sell. Can you show any proof for that? As best this topic is shady because the name of this domain would be quite sought after considering libra is a buzz word at this time and both legit users and scammers will be trying to get hold of any libra phrase domain asap.

Much better if you edit your post and put your asking price or how low can you go for this domain or else you will receive offers from low ballers who wants bargain priced domains. If you have a price in mind, post it. If you have a link that appraised the domain and tells how much the domain is, that would be great.

Just a suggestion: If you are "Selling" something then it is not an auction. Specifically selling goods of this type should be moved to "Digital Goods" section. If you want to auction it then be clear about it in the title and text.
