I will share my view on this project. But I will keep a close look at this project, I do not know why the former ICO eas failed since the softcap was not reached. Maybe I need more investigation.
The advertising campaign was badly organized. And then during the campaign reduced the award. So there were very few active participants. This project needs a more aggressive advertising campaign.
I also thought that in the past ICO lacked activity and marketing. Perhaps this time everything will be different, and rebranding will bear fruit

It seems the total supply is reduced, only 30000 ETH to raise, since the ETH is much cheap than before, I think it is very small project. The ratio is 1ETH=4800 DST, and 60% of all the tokens are to be sold. I like this knds of small project.

Sorry to hear that the ico was failed and the dev team are so reliable to refund as what they sad. I have saw many projects raised not enough money and they did not refund to the investors, and then the project failed and the investors lost their money.

Our public token sale has just finished and we raised a total of 1,690 ETH.
We did not meet our token sale softcap of 5,000 ETH. We will therefore start processing refunds for all contributions, and you should receive your refund in the next few days. For those whom mistakenly sent ETH directly from an exchange, please contact us and let's see what we can do to resolve this.
A number of our community have requested that we go ahead without refund. Unfortunately this will not be possible as we agreed to the refund process long ago, and it would not be fair to change it. Once the refund is complete we will give everyone the opportunity to invest again in Dimensions.
Work on the platform will continue, and we will make more announcements soon about the direction of the project.
