Binance is no longer working for me. Are there more people with this problem?

I think it is related to their recent API change: https://github.com/binance-exchange/binance-official-api-docs/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md

Update: After logging in on the site, everything started to work again.

Hi,
you can user SORT functions for the market tables.

Yes I know. For example I sort on spread, but then it also displays markets with too little volume or the wrong number of buy/sell trades. A filter would make life easier. Something like the autofilter from your favorite spreadsheet application.

Feature requests:

  • Put negative gains in red and/or bold
  • Add filters to the markets list. For example, I want to select markets with volume > 100btc, >200 24h buy trades, >300 24h sell trades and spread >10%

On 1 market my order is constantly recreated, but with an different amount. There are a lot of buyers @0.00000147, so I will never buy.

How can I prevent this?

So it is better to use more decimals?

And also the fees for Kraken displayed in CAT don't match with the fees in my Kraken account page 0.25/0.25 vs. 0.16/.026. See https://www.kraken.com/help/fees

In my opinion >=5 should round up, and <5 should round down.

The first example was from an 0.2 quantity and the second from 0.1. In the first example it sold 0.2 and wants to buy back 0.1. That won't make any gain.

Is there anybody who can clarify this for me?

My miners arrived in Sweden and will be setup today.

Sakarias-Corporation is providing a controller, so no need to send a RasPi or something. I asked for a Linux controller instead of a Windows controller and they are willing to set it up for me. So far so good.

mmm, it's really weird because Minera shouldn't get a lot of data, I mean there is a cron job that runs every minute but it's not going to download anything every minute.

There are a couple of API request from Cryptsy one is needed to get the list of crypto currencies and it takes a lot because it's about 9MB of JSON, but the cron job get it only one time per week so it's about 40MB per month.

Then there is the crypto currencies data you selected, the cron job get the JSON data every hour (also if you are not browsing it), but this kind of data are only about 50KB, so if you selected only one, you get at max about 35MB per month.

Then there is the all the files you need to download every time you get a page or refresh the dashboard, that is about 120KB per page, but again it's hard to reach 1GB in a month, you should refresh the dashboard every 10 minutes every day continuously.

A question: are you sure you didn't get hacked? That could be really easy if you leave everything as default (like the passwords) and you allow SSH connection from the world.

I can suggest to install a package like "iptraf" (sudo apt-get install iptraf) and launch it as daemon logging every traffic you do, so you could understand what's the problem on your controller.

I only have the required minimum of 1 altcoin selected: LTC/BTC.

Because of the nature of 3G networks you can't connect directly to your 3G device. I have setup autossh to create a reverse ssh tunnel to my home server. Plain password authentication is disabled, only keys are accepted. I've installed vnstat. It shows me a data usage of 60-70 Mb daily. I will install another bandwidth monitor that will show me more details.

I will get back to you when I have returned from my holiday.

Michelem, I have a feature request: I would like to disable the Top bar altcoin/bitcoin rates.

I have my miners in a remote location with free electricity but without a dedicated internet connection. So I've setup a 3G modem with a 1Gb dataplan. Before I installed Minera the 1Gb was sufficient. Now it isn't. So I suspect that Minera is using more bandwidth then I want it to. Can you tell me how often Minera is checking the rates, and if this is also happening when I don't have Minera opened in my browser?

2+ days ago I solo mined and found 3 blocks. When I want to transfer them, I get this error:

error: {"code":-4,"message":"Error: This transaction requires a transaction fee of at least 0.0000005 because of its amount, complexity, or use of recently received funds!"}

Transaction fee 0 below 1 365. Neither is it recently received funds. So what is complex about this transfer?
