OS X wallet from zetacoin.cc seems to be old version: "v0.8.2-211-gf5a9dd1-dirty-beta" vs. version compiled from github sources "v0.8.99.9-g00b492d-beta" (Also dirty mentioned in version name is not good marketing
). Any plans for new OS X wallet ?

I'm giving some support for Grandcoin
I've build Grandcoin wallet for OS X. I also updated Grandcoin source code to compile with QT 5 version, generated correct docking image for OS X and updated macdeployqtplus script and macdockiconhandler from Litecoin project.

Come on people, don't let a great coin such as GrandCoin die!
I think the decrease of the value may have something to do with the many new altcoins that are created each day. However, soon or later people will find out that they should have stepped in GrandCoin. When that happen, it might be too late for them, as a price of a single GrandCoin will be mucher higher than it is now

For 1BTC to be 40k USD, something groundbreaking must happen and before that there will be lot of road blocks that need to be cleared. It's possible but game will be getting harder when price climbs up from certain point.
I think it's easy to mine now. Better now than later.
Mine today, yesterday and tomorrow. I always have my ~3MH/S rigs running. Nothing worse than waking up in the morning and finding out one of my rigs hung itself overnight.
May I ask what cards you are using? I decided to buy R9 280x, but I'm considering the 270x instead.
As far as I know 280x performance is much better than 270x performance. 280x has currently very good price/performance ratio.
