Tal cual. Quien no haya aprovechado las últimas bajadas para recargar ETH entre otros es un pardillo o no conoce el bar. Y entrar con parte de lo recargado a la ICO es lo mínimo. Yo ya lo he hecho.

Re: STRONGHANDS - Community Take Over
by

currently a vote is in progress to shape the final rewards for SHND,

In the quest to reduce inflation, we propose to reduce the staking rewards.

after a hard fork first we will maintain present rewards of 1200% per annum for 3 months,
then reduce rewards to 600% for 2 months,
then reduce again to 300% for another 1 month,

after this period we propose to convert to a static reward, this will cap inflation to a maximum annual limit.

these numbers are the proposed individual block reward for each block generated through PoS and PoW, also shown is the projected annual growth in coinsupply

@everyone Vote for the following proposed block reward. Please only vote once. Doing this here so you guys wont have a hard time opening another link to vote. Just react to the appropriate emoji.

:one: 2 million coins /block (~420billion /year),
:two: 1 million coins /block (~210billion/year),
:three: 500 k coins /block (~105 billion/yr),
:four: 250 k coins /block (~53 billion/year),
:five: 100 k coins /block (~21 billion /year),
:six: 50k coins /block (~10.5 billion/year).

Sir Bumba.
Even so we will still have a huge number of StrongHands on the market.
Please see how B3 coin solved this problem, smartly, in my opinion.
Thank you.

Okay I apologize but I like to understand correctly.
So 1200% each month? Or ?
And for this, do I have to keep my coins in the wallet  ?

1200% per annum for 3 months -> 100% per month, will last 3 months.
600% per annum for 2 months -> 50% per month, will last 2 months.
300% per annum for 1 months -> 25% per month, will last 1 month.

And yes, you must keep your coins in the wallet - though there are some exchanges that reward PoS (coinsmarkets, if I remember well) and there are also PoS pools (use at your own risk).

Just wondering when anyone involved with the project last posted here ?
The whitepaper should be out ,it's not .
Their twitter and facebook are dead .
And no one answers in the bounty thread .

maybe theyre nder heavy load finishing the whitepaper and maybe also a demo?!

Didn't dev write 2 or 3 days ago that they are planning to make videos to answer our questions and perhaps a youtube Q&A session? So I guess we will hear from them soon.

That's it, not to worry right now. It's quite obvious the team cannot be 100% active in social networks every single day of the project, and even less today that the workflow has increased.

I just read the article recently tweeted by the eHealth twitter account. http://bitcoinist.com/blockchain-technology-will-transform-healthcare-2018/

It's a great article that clearly states the existing challenges and innovations that are being made by the eHealth project.
Really interesting article, clearly described concept of eHealth First project! thanks for sharing.

It is indeed interesting but remember it is referenced by eHealth, not a third party. This project seems great but as an investor I'd want a WP to examine.

It's coming within a week man. I'm looking forward to it as well. hope they answer some of the practical questions.

A week? Not sure I can wait for that long!

Just kidding. Sometimes ANN are dropped just too early or maybe it's me who wants everything so quickly.

Does they have some partnership with some hospitals or clinics? And in which country if yes? Medicine is very conservative niche  Huh

That's a very good question, On the road map I saw that between July and December they would hire health professionals, but i also saw that in their team, are people with many medical knowledge.

I wonder, which country would they start with? This project has a lot of potential, I hope we will get a whitepaper soon for more details.
I want to hope that they will start from the European country. As we see by today's news Asian market is not very stable at this time.

I don't think that it's relevant for eHealth operations. I mean, economically a project like this should not care about the stability of Asia or Europe since its operations are held worldwide. Where to start the business? Well that's another question, but seems likely it'll be a rich country because it'll be easier to find staff, facilities and equipment. USA, Japan, South Korea or several European countries have the chance.

I'm also curious to know how the private sale is going.

I learned not to think about that as a disadvantage. While we may not have the funds to access the most beneficial part of the ICO, it allows us to get a great grasp on how might it go in later stages.

How many of you really read whitepapers? I know its important, so I usually scan through it and look up some info but I never read everything

Some are impossible to read. Like bank whitepapers 100 pages with lots of technical.

But some are easy to read like 25 pages, enough technicality.

I do read them, and most are easy to read, though just long. it does bring credibility if the whitepaper is technical, though approachable.

It all depends on your funding purpose. If you want savvyy investors or will open to the general public for instance. A close approach can help in building a loyal community that understands the project, but that may not mean lots of money.

Re: [ANN] ⚡ HEALTH MONITOR⚡ | Crowdinvesting in innovative medical diagnostic

Does it really take advantage of the blockchain technology or just a business model ?

hello, blockchain is used to streamline the funding process and to allocate dividends

Is there any formula used to calculate the amount of dividend a holder will get?

I join this question. This is the most important thing I would like to know. What part of the profit will you send to pay dividends? And you will pay dividends in ETH, and make a profit in fiat money. So you will exchange and lose some fee in doing so. This fee will be deducted from your profits or from our dividends?

I don't think there would be a formula.

What % of profits are paid out to token holders?
Are dividends paid in ETH or HealthMonitor Tokens?

As said earlier and as stated on the website, token holder will get 70% of the profit as Dividends paid in ETH to their personal wallets.

Well, we just can not check how much we will receive dividends. 70% of what? It is impossible to verify.

Are you serious? Well the thing about blockchains is that you ACTUALLY are able to verify the transactions. You will be able to query the chain, find out the profits volume for a given period, and divide its 70% among the investors.

Re: [ANN] [Pre-ICO] Sphere - Decentralized Social Networking >200,000 users
by
stormcleric
on 18/12/2017, 16:27:38 UTC
It's funny to see someone "hoping" it will be decentralized.. while the title of this thread clearly stated "Decentralized Social Networking" =)
Anyhow. The key element in cryptoworld is "decentralized", along with "security" & anonimity.
Allthough for this specific token the word "anonymous" is not really an element.. because it's aiming at social media.
And some of them just don't allow to be "a nickname"..
This put aside, this project has potential because they have an extra layer
I think everyone is interested in how the decentralization of this network will be organized). In my concept this is a computer on which the necessary software for the operation of this platform is installed. Roughly speaking, the server. The information is stored on it. This server is managed by someone. How can we talk about decentralization in this case? Correct, if I'm wrong.

Indeed there is some contradiction here. I do not know of any decentralized social network. It is interesting how this question is solved if the network is decentralized.

Really, can't see the problem there. The concept of having a decentralized social network is similar to having a decentralized exchange, for instance. The data is spread onto the whole net.

Maybe it's just me that didn't understand the question though...

by

It looks interesting, but I need more details about the project.
Do you have some medical tests or working prototype ?

We are located in Chezh republic and we are offering an opportunity to invest in the production and installation of vending machines that can detect diseases.  With a 30 tested people per day, the payback period of equipment will be about 2 months. Financial modelling of Health Monitor is projecting the profitability of 200-300% per year.  We are already selling this device for private use and to companies professionally engaged in vending business.

I'm not a master of analytics but the concept of having 30 users per day on a continuous basis doesn't seem feasible. You can have a coffee on a vending machine today, another one tomorrow, and that for the whole week, but you won't take a medical test at that rate - either you're sane or not, and that diagnosis will last for a good term.

Yep, the most intriguing part to me is how are they going to implement and handle a reputation system in the sense of protecting them against fraud and reputation attacks. Can you believe it? It's like when your friends talk badly about someone but with hackers!

Re: [ANN][ICO] VLB - The Ultimate Blockchain Fuel for the Vehicle Lifecycle Industry
by

Do you know what your money is being spent on when you invest in ICOs? The transparency in the industry is shockingly poor! We are at the forefront leading the charge on introducing new self-imposed disclosure standards.

📍 Please see the detailed breakdown of Vehicle Lifecycle Blockchain development budget.
We have developed thorough estimates of the resources that we will require to build and deploy the VLB. We have also estimated several budget scenarios dependent on the amount of money we raise during the ICO.
📍 The difference between the scenarios is the speed of VLB developemnt and the breadth of its deployment across industry participants and geographic markets.

❗ You can find the budget scenarios in White Paper (https://vlb.io/Whitepaper.pdf.pdf) p.52-54.

Budget scenarios, mln USD over a three-year period

The purpose of this Appendix is to show various budgets and uses of funds dependent on  the amount of money raised during the ICO.

CarFix will be able to develop and deploy the Vehicle Lifecycle Blockchain under any one of the four scenarios depicted herein.

The more funds will be raised during the ICO the faster the speed of VLB deployment and the greater the breadth of its adoption by Industry Participants around the globe.

$90M - A scenario

$60M - B scenario

$30M - C scenario

$10M - D scenario

Great work! I asked for this kind of ICO-milestone strategy in other projects and you have developed it greatly.

Re: [ANN][ICO] ALGORY - Multifunctional Tools For Cryptocurrency Traders

This blog is a must read https://medium.com/algory-project/algory-project-cryptonews-never-be-late-again-e63ebd90cf12

I like how they used examples of (social) media news, like Stellar/IBM and Charlie Lee/Chinese exchanges, to demonstrate the importance of being up to date with trading tools.

Stellar is good and all but it's too complicated for newbie non programmer. I mean their tools are beyond basic

How do you know? Did you test it? Is there a beta version available already? Please share link if you have

I wonder who you are asking but, I am talking about stellar assets, very complicated process for newbie

Isnt any sort of programming going to be tough for newbies?

While I agree focusing on a wide user base is a good idea, the problem with newbies is that they're prone to lose everything, thus creating a bad impression about Algory. It's better to focus on experienced users to some kind.
